Stomach pain at every turn, like an "old stomach disease"...
Indigestion is four words, but there are countless pains! But is indigestion a disease? Seriously? Want to be treated? How to adjust daily? Today we will ask Dr. Fan Chunhua to explain it~
How TCM recognizes functional dyspepsia
Although Chinese medicine does not have the name of "functional dyspepsia", it belongs to the categories of traditional medicine in the motherland, such as "fullness", "stomach pain", and "noisy".
The disease is located in the stomach and is closely related to the liver and spleen. Most often caused by a variety of factors.
"Jingyue Quanshu • Abdominal Pain" said: "Stomach pain evidence, there are many because of food, because of cold, because of qi is not smooth, but because of food because of cold, all are about qi, cover food stop is stagnation, cold stay is qi condensation, so the cure of pain is important, but check that the results are true and evil, should be based on rational qi." "It is pointed out that the etiology of gastric pain is mostly related to diet, cold, and poor gas, and poor gas stagnation runs through the whole process of gastric pain.

In the process of symptomatic treatment, Director Fan is often supplemented with Traditional Chinese Medicine Ointment:

External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine
In terms of TCM treatment, in addition to internal Chinese medicine, there are many TCM characteristic treatments, such as etc., which play an important role in treatment.
Among them, acupuncture therapy is currently widely recognized as an effective method. Improving the neurobiological function of the patient by stimulating acupuncture points can restore the function of the disordered gastrointestinal tract to normal.
Daily maintenance of functional dyspepsia
Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common diseases in spleen and stomach clinics, and in addition to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment, daily care is particularly important.
As the saying goes, "stomach disease is divided into three points, seven points of nourishment", it can be seen that daily care is very important in spleen and stomach disease.
1. Living and nursing care
Staying up late often disrupts physiological rules and weakens the stomach's barrier repair function. Therefore, patients should develop good living habits, combine work and rest, work and rest on time, go to bed early and get up early to promote the recovery of the disease.
2. Emotional adjustment
The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic, which says that "a hundred diseases are born of qi", shows the importance of emotions to the care of diseases.
First of all, patients need to have a good attitude to face the disease, although the course of the disease is long and easy to repeat, but adhere to the medication and care, the prognosis is acceptable.
Second, you need to regulate your emotions and avoid the stimulation of bad emotions.
Finally, pleasure can be gained by diverting attention. Throw yourself into hobbies, or combine gentle exercises to relieve stress, strengthen the body's immunity, and promote disease recovery.
3. Diet and care
The concept of "treating diseases before they occur" in Traditional Chinese medicine is a major feature of Traditional Chinese medicine theory, and for patients with functional dyspepsia who have become ill, we need to prevent both diseases and prevent changes, prevent the progression of the disease through dietary care, and promote disease recovery.
In the daily diet, the diet needs to be regular, three meals a day should be regular and quantitative, each meal should be seven points full, meat and vegetarian collocation, nutritional balance. Eat light, easily digestible, nutritious foods; eat less snacks, fried, greasy, and indigestible foods; avoid fatty, thick, spicy, irritating, cold, and pickled foods; quit smoking, alcohol, strong tea, and strong coffee.
Dietary therapy plays a great role in patients with functional dyspepsia, and we can guide dietary therapy for patients with functional dyspepsia according to the constitution to promote the healing of the disease.
Those with weak spleen and stomach should eat more yam, astragalus, dang ginseng, baishu, etc.; cook porridge with yam, jujube and japonica rice, which can supplement the spleen and qi; plain vegetarian can be used for lean meat, yam, astragalus, jujube soup, which can strengthen the spleen and stomach and make up for weakness.
Spleen and stomach damp and hot, it is advisable to eat more white lentils, coix seeds, red adzuki beans, soil poria and so on; you can use red adzuki beans, fried coix seeds to boil water instead of tea, can clear the heat and dampness; pig bones, soil poria and red adzuki beans boiled soup, can clear heat and detoxify and dispel dampness.
Liver and stomach disharmony, it is advisable to eat more tangerine peel, bergamot, roses, acacia flowers, etc.; use tangerine peel, roses, acacia flowers to soak water instead of tea, which can relieve liver and rational qi; use pig bones and chicken bone grass to cook soup, which can relieve liver heat and detoxification.
Those with weak spleen and stomach and lack of appetite can eat pepper pork belly chicken, and drink soup and meat to supplement the lack of stomach. Proper dietary therapy is a good way to promote the recovery of spleen and stomach function.
