The machine has achieved digital integrated control, its treatment accuracy has reached the sub-millimeter level, can carry out a variety of complex high-end radiotherapy technology, including image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), volume rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy (VMAT), systemic radiotherapy (TBI) and high-precision stereotactic radiotherapy (SRS/SBRT), etc., in other words, this machine can cover radiation therapy for tumors of all sizes throughout the body. The "all-round image guidance function" is one of the biggest features of this linear accelerator. In addition to the conventional 2D planar image/3D cone beam image guidance mode, the system is equipped with breath gating, 4D cone beam imaging function, optical body surface imaging OSMS, and six-dimensional bed position correction system.

Respiratory gating function can control or track the patient's respiratory rate, so that even if the patient's tumor keeps moving with the breath, but the imaging system can always track the tumor, only when the tumor enters the original planned treatment position, the treatment machine is out of the beam for treatment, so as to ensure that the radiation is accurately treated at the tumor location, but also greatly reduce the dose of normal tissue around the tumor, which can effectively reduce the probability of toxic side reactions or complications of the patient. Combined with the four-dimensional cone beam imaging function (4D-CBCT), the system can obtain the patient's three-dimensional dynamic image information in real time, ensure that the tumor target is within the therapeutic irradiation range, ensure that the radiation dose can be accurately hit at the tumor site, so as to truly aim at the target, targeted, "For example, for breast cancer patients, this machine can accurately and effectively radiotherapy, minimizing the damage that may occur to surrounding normal tissues, such as the heart, in the past treatment.
