During his lifetime, Lenin gave instructions on the development plan of Agriculture in the Soviet Union, that is, the road of co-operation. After Lenin's death, Stalin continued to adhere to Lenin's plan of agricultural co-operation, leading individual peasants to the socialist road. The 15th Party Congress in 927 adopted a resolution on the enlightenment of agriculture, formulated the policy of relying on the poor peasants to consolidate the alliance with the middle peasants, and resolutely opposed the kulaks, and from 1929 to 1930 the peasants carried out a campaign to join the farms for a few days, the kulaks and the movement against agricultural collectivization, they destroyed the machines and burned the grain. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union launched a fierce attack on the kulaks.
Bukharin, the representative of the bourgeoisie, openly opposed the Party's line of collectivization of agricultural socialism. Advocating the dissolution of collective farms and opposing the launching of an attack on the kulaks, it is nonsense that doing so will cause agriculture to decline and decline.
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, headed by Stalin, called on the whole Party to concentrate its firepower against the Right. Stalin pointed out: If the right wing wins in our Party, it means that the capitalist component of our country has been greatly strengthened, and what does it mean that the capitalist component of our country has been strengthened? That is, the weakening of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the increased opportunities for capitalist restoration.
Stalin again defended Leninism in the struggle against right opportunism, led the Soviet people to advance triumphantly along the socialist road, and the agricultural collectivization movement was vigorously launched.
Bukharin stubbornly insisted on his mistakes and was expelled from the Politburo in November 1929, after which he continued to insist on the duplicitous activities of the separatist party and was sentenced to death in 1937.
