The meeting elected a new leading group of the Youth League Municipal Committee. Zhang Jijun was elected secretary of the new Youth League Municipal Committee, and Ye Lina (female), Liao Chuanjin, Huang Yongyi (female), Lü Jie, Hu Dong, Yang Dake, and Zeng Kai were elected deputy secretaries of the Youth League Municipal Committee.

He once served as the deputy mayor of Tuqiao Town, Tongliang County, Chongqing, the deputy director and minister of the Youth Work Department of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the deputy secretary of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and a member of the party group, and the vice chairman of the Chongqing Youth Federation.
