After the opening ceremony, the 66 Young Pioneer counselors were divided into 4 groups by lot, focusing on how to be an excellent Young Pioneer counselor, the implementation suggestions of the Red Scarf Medal and the Star Medal, how to highlight the main position of the Young Pioneers in the activities of the Young Pioneers, and how to enhance the sense of glory of the Young Pioneers. During the training stage, Duan Ting, host of the National Young Pioneers Famous Teacher Studio and deputy chief counselor of the Wuhan Young Pioneers, gave a wonderful Young Pioneer lecture with the theme of "Favorite Chest Scarf Red", with incisive language, vivid case analysis, and rich video display, bringing a wonderful Young Pioneer lecture to everyone, which won warm applause at the scene.
In the 2021 Xianning Young Pioneers Counselor Professional Quality Exhibition Held on the 19th, 25 Young Pioneer counselors from the city and counties (cities, districts) primary and secondary schools gathered in the Xianning Experimental Chinese School, comparing ability and literacy, showing everyone the vigorous spirit of the city's Young Pioneer counselors and the spirit of striving for excellence based on their posts.
