Comrade Bai Yinbing served as the director of the management committee of beihai tieshan donggang industrial park in Longgang New Area (concurrently);
Dismissed Comrade Wang Chuan from the post of director of the management committee of the Beihai Tieshan East Port Industrial Park in Longgang New Area;
Comrade Liang Caikun is the deputy director of the Management Committee of Beihai Tieshan Donggang Industrial Park in Longgang New Area;
Dismissed Comrade Wu Bei (female) from the post of deputy director of the Management Committee of Beihai Tieshan East Port Industrial Park in Longgang New Area;
Comrade Fu Jiao served as the director of the Political Department of the Beihai Municipal Bureau of Justice;
Comrade Lin Bingkang (female) is the deputy director of Beihai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Dismissed Comrade Feng Tingguang from his post as deputy director of the Beihai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Comrade Liao Ming served as the director of Beihai Public Employment and Talent Service Center;
Dismissed Comrade Xu Weixiang from his post as director of the Beihai Public Employment and Talent Service Center;
Comrade Zhou Shankun served as the deputy director of Beihai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau;
Comrade Wu Zhiquan served as the deputy director of the Beihai Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau;
Dismissed Comrade Chen Zhixian from his post as deputy director of the Beihai Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs;
Comrade Pang Fuguo served as the director of Beihai Agricultural Mechanization Service Center;
Dismissed Comrade Ye Changjun from the post of director of the Beihai Agricultural Mechanization Service Center;
Comrade Su Zhiyong was appointed deputy director of the Beihai Municipal Financial Work Office, and was relieved of his post as deputy director of the Management Committee of the Weizhou Island Tourism Zone in Beihai City;
Comrade Li Jiheng served as the deputy director of the Management Committee of Weizhou Island Tourism Zone in Beihai City (probationary period of one year);
Comrade Wang Xiaofeng served as the deputy director of the Management Committee of Weizhou Island Tourism Zone in Beihai City (probationary period of one year);
Comrade Lao Xiaolan (female) is the deputy director of the Rural Revitalization and Reservoir Migration Bureau of Beihai City;
Comrade Peng Zaiqing served as the deputy director of the Management Committee of Guangxi Beihai Industrial Park;
Dismissed Comrade Jiang Yanghai from his post as deputy director of the Management Committee of the Guangxi Beihai Industrial Park;
Dismissed Comrade Zhou Guowei from the position of chairman and general manager of Beihai Tourism Group Co., Ltd.;
Dismissed Comrade Guo Lidong from his post as deputy director of the Beihai Municipal Science and Technology Bureau;
Comrade Chen Liufang was dismissed from the post of director (detachment leader) of the Beihai Municipal Administrative Law Enforcement Command Center (Municipal Administrative Law Enforcement Command and Dispatch Detachment).
