Yoo Seung-yong (류승룡), born on November 29, 1970 in Socheon, Chungcheongnam-do, is a Korean film actor with a bachelor's degree in drama from Seoul National University of the Arts.

In 1986, he began to appear in stage plays, and in 2004, he participated in the romantic comedy film "Courtship Coffee House" and entered the film industry. In 2010, he starred in the thriller "Bestseller" and the love suspense film "Big Sauce"; in 2011, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 32nd Green Dragon Awards for his action movie "Final Weapon: Bow".
