1. Duan Heping, former deputy secretary of the party committee and director of the Autonomous Region Narcotics Rehabilitation Administration, interfered in judicial system engineering construction projects and collected property from others in violation of the law. From 1999 to 2018, Duan Heping took advantage of his position as director of the Tumuji Re-education Through Labor Center, political commissar and director of the Autonomous Region Bureau of Re-education Through Labor, and director of the Autonomous Region Drug Rehabilitation Bureau to help others contract re-education through labor, drug rehabilitation, and prison engineering projects in violation of the law, and collected huge benefit fees from the construction party, seriously undermining the order of bidding and bidding in the field of engineering construction. In April 2021, Duan Heping was expelled from the party and his retirement benefits revoked, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the judiciary.
2. Li Feng, former party secretary and chairman of Inner Mongolia Film Group Co., Ltd., interfered in the investment of film and television media works projects and collected property from others in violation of regulations. From 2014 to 2017, Li Feng took advantage of his position as party secretary and chairman of Inner Mongolia Film Group Co., Ltd. to seek benefits for others in the areas of film and television media project investment and theater acquisition, and collected other people's property and property, undermining the normal fair competition order of the film and television media industry. In April 2021, Li Feng was expelled from the party, adjusted (cancelled) the treatment he enjoyed, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the judicial authorities for handling.
3. Zhang Tieying, a former researcher of the Baotou Municipal Civil Air Defense Office, interfered in the leasing, acceptance and management of civil air defense assets and the property of service recipients in violation of regulations. From 1998 to 2012, Zhang Tieying took advantage of his position as director of the Municipal Transportation Management Office and researcher of the Municipal Civil Air Defense Office to seek benefits for others in the leasing of civil air defense assets and project contracting, and accepted property and property from management and service recipients, undermining the order of fair competition in the market. At the same time, there are other problems of violations of discipline and law. In February 2021, Zhang Tieying was expelled from the party and his retirement benefits were revoked, and his suspected crimes were transferred to the judicial organs for review and prosecution according to law.
4. Duan Xiongtao, former deputy county magistrate of Zhuozi County Government of Wulanchabu City, abused his power and made profits in violation of regulations. From 2008 to 2020, Duan Xiongtao took advantage of his position as mayor and party secretary of zhuozishan town people's government in Zhuozi County, and deputy county governor of Zhuozi county people's government to seek benefits for others in project contracting, production and operation through greetings, matchmaking, etc., and illegally accepted property from others, seriously damaging the environment for fair competition in the local construction field. In September 2020, Duan Xiongtao was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office, and his suspected crimes have been transferred to the judicial authorities for handling.
5. Zhai Shichao, director of the Investment Review Center of the Finance Bureau of Arukorqin Banner in Chifeng City, and Yang Hai, a staff member, incorrectly performed their duties. In 2015, Zhai Shichao and Yang Hai, then staff members of the Investment Review Center of the Arukorqin Banner Finance Bureau, as the preliminary examiners and reviewers of the earth and stone engineering project of the Arukorqin Banner Khanting Cultural Park, accepted the entrustment of others and illegally reduced the cost of the approval of some bidding sections of the project, resulting in the project being tendered according to the simple bidding method, undermining the normal order in the local engineering construction field. In February 2021, Zhai Shichao and Yang Hai were punished with warnings from within the party.
6. Yang Yanjie, accountant of the Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office of the Finance Bureau of Ulanhot City of Xing'an League, does not have a strong sense of service and infringes on the interests of management service recipients. From 2019 to 2020, Yang Yanjie, as an accountant of the Agricultural Comprehensive Development Office of the Ulanhot Municipal Finance Bureau, repeatedly refused to allocate the balance of the company's subsidy funds on the grounds that the invoices provided by a certain animal husbandry company did not meet the requirements, resulting in the company's operating funds being restricted, seriously infringing on the rights and interests of management service recipients, and adversely affecting the local business environment.
