These two sheriff cats are a pair of brothers and sisters that I raised with my girlfriend, one named Xiao Bai and the other called DaBai. This size is determined by the white area on their nose.
The first time I saw them was on the sidewalk of Hongqiao Road near my house. Newcomer

She does not take the initiative to ask for intimate gestures, and when she throws herself into my arms in a big way, she always keeps a safe distance and watches nervously, and although there is a longing but more suspicious look in her eyes. Speaking of eyes, Xiao Bai's eyes often surprise me. Compared with other cats, her eyes are particularly round and energetic, and when I look at them, I often feel that it is a pair of eyes, and even a deep and intelligent human eye. This is actually in line with the formation mechanism of an early literary and artistic youth, that is, the clumsiness of the body and the twisting of the early wisdom of the mind, with obvious introverted personality traits. The very different personalities of Dabai and Xiaobai form a good complement between brothers and sisters. It is a good experience to spend the day quietly with two cats like this, but unfortunately, when Da Xiaobai was more than one year old, Dabai unfortunately left us.
It was the Spring Festival of 2019, and because there was a problem with the screen window, the big white and white jumped out of our 23rd floor window. And Xiao Bai is not lucky or intentional, maybe it is because of her timidity and caution and wisdom and patience, she landed on the awning and waited for our rescue after a day and a night.
But the death of Dabai seems to have had a profound impact on Xiao Bai's personality, probably for all creatures, the departure of relatives may make their temperament change greatly. On the day she fished Xiao Bai home, she suddenly began to become active and tossing around in bed to attract attention. She seems to realize that her brother is gone, and she will eventually embark on the road of independence or even loneliness, so she begins to walk out of the shell of the previous introverted and withdrawn. She also began to approach us and express herself. Although at first he was still accustomed to stage fright, and the little paws that popped out were trembling slightly, but soon she learned to show affection appropriately. As I lay in bed reading, he would approach cautiously and slowly, eventually crouching down on my chest, his eyes still watching whether I was unhappy. It seems that observing color is the first step in the growth of the character of all animals and the beginning of a dialogue with the world. Of course, she is actually more clingy to the girlfriend, when the girlfriend sits on the lazy bean bag, she will not hesitate to climb on the belly of the girlfriend, and take her as her own lazy bean bag to snooze peacefully, a natural look and appearance, the caution of observing the color here is no longer seen. This is understandable, probably most women can always give more warmth and security naturally. For the sensitive, intelligent and insightful cats, they have made a choice with their bodies, that is, when I am with my girlfriend, she will not hesitate to choose her arms and stay greedily, and only when my girlfriend is on a business trip, Xiaobai will briefly spoil my body. Another obvious change is that Xiao Bai's verbal and body language has begun to become richer. From the previous silence to the varied meow. As she gradually adjusted to this interactive process, she even had some extroverted and lively temperament, completely unable to see that a year ago she was only willing to crouch in the corner to observe and did not dare to extend her furry claws to the world. When she was now willing to express herself, her intelligence and honesty allowed her language to be so vivid.
Daily gaze
For Xiao Bai's future, sometimes I think: it is such a sensitive and timid, intelligent and spirited, slightly socially fearful little animal, if she also wants to further explore the meaning of cat life, what kind of work might she do. Although most cats of the same age may go directly to the cat coffee to work, but with her temperament and knowledge, it is estimated that the place is too cheesy, and even feels that it is a bit like the "little bee" of the nightclub in the human world.
