China Smart Health (00348) has issued an announcement referring to the Company's announcements on 7 November 2017 and 7 November 2018 regarding the granting of a loan of HK$35 million to customer a Wang Ming.
On November 7, 2019, good Cheer Global entered into a new supplementary agreement with Customer A to extend the repayment date of the loan by one year from 7 November 2019 to 7 November 2020. Except as disclosed in the announcement, all other terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement remain unchanged and remain fully valid and effective.
