According to Tan Xianrun, head of the Rural Revitalization Task Force of the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Luojiashui Village is a key village for rural revitalization in Hunan Province, and has been selected as a characteristic village and town of the cultural and ecological tourism boutique route in the Western Xiangxi region. Above 800 meters above sea level, 80% of the village is Miao, and the ethnic customs are rich and unique.
