On the basis of completing the transformation of 11 pedestrian streets such as Wangfujing last year, this year will continue to increase the promotion of pedestrian street transformation, and make the pedestrian street a platform to promote consumption upgrading and expand opening up.
In terms of the construction of chain convenience stores, Zheng Wen said that convenience stores are important consumer carriers and will enter a stage of rapid development.
In recent years, the growth rate of convenience stores in China has ranked first in the retail industry, but there are also problems such as unreasonable layout and insufficient degree of brand chaining. In this context, this year will further improve the policy environment and expand the coverage of brand chain convenience stores.
In addition, in terms of logistics construction, Zheng Wen said that to build an efficient logistics and distribution system in urban and rural areas, with the rapid development of quality retail smart retail, the next step will continue to promote logistics cost reduction and efficiency, and create conditions for promoting retail transformation and upgrading.
