In the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces, Yao Wei fully performed the duties of a procurator, rose to the occasion, bravely shouldered heavy burdens, and successively handled a number of triad-related cases that had a major impact on the whole country and the whole province, and achieved relatively good results in handling cases.
At the beginning of the special struggle against organized crime and evil in 2018, Yao Wei undertook the case of Di Moumin's involvement in the criminal syndicate listed by the National Anti-Gang Crime Office. In the process of handling the case, he led the procuratorial organs' case-handling team to participate in the investigation organs' case analysis and judgment meeting throughout the process, carefully reviewed the evidentiary materials, completed more than 400,000 words of reading the file, and successively proposed 22 supplementary inspection outlines of more than 45,000 words to the public security organs, effectively guiding the investigation department to accurately find out the economic basis of Di Moumin's case involving criminal syndicates and the missing crimes. In the work of appearing in court to support public prosecution, he innovatively completed the concise and efficient demonstration outline and the multimedia evidence system to accuse crimes, accumulated useful experience, standardized the standards for appearing in court in triad-related cases, and set a replicable and generalizable benchmark for the city's procuratorial organs.
In 2019 and 2020, he successively undertook two major triad-related cases, the Ma Moujiang-related case and the Yang Mou-related case, which were listed and supervised by the National Anti-Organized Crime Office. Among them, at the beginning of the investigation of Ma Moujiang's mafia-related case, Yao Wei led a 25-person case-handling team to intervene in the investigation in advance, insisted on synchronous case filing and simultaneous review, and successfully completed the prosecution task determined by the superior.

In his work, Yao Wei is good at summarizing and innovating case-handling mechanisms, actively promoting them in procuratorial organs throughout the city, and effectively promoting the construction of anti-gang crime and anti-evil mechanisms.
Through handling Di Moumin's case involving criminal syndicates, Yao Wei summarized and popularized a number of case-handling mechanisms, such as the early intervention system, the joint meeting system of the special case group of the Public Prosecutor's Law, and the establishment of a communication and consultation system with criminal suspects admitting guilt and accepting punishment as the core by relying on party committees and lawyers, which effectively promoted the rapid and efficient handling of cases involving criminal syndicates and vices in the city. Actively explore further optimized and strengthened procuratorial work mechanisms for triad-related crimes. He successively studied and promulgated the "Measures for the Use of Personnel in the Talent Pool of Experts in the Procuratorial Organs of Luoyang City for Combating Organized Crime and Eliminating Evil Forces (for Trial Implementation)," formulated the "Implementation Opinions of the Luoyang Municipal People's Procuratorate on Establishing a Unified and Strict Control System for Cases Involving Organized Crime and Major Evil Forces," and signed the "Linkage Work Mechanism for Cases involving Organized Crime and Evil Forces" by the United Municipal Public Security Bureau, thus laying an effective mechanism-building foundation for the normalization of the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces.

In the past 13 years since he joined the police, Shi Ming, captain of the patrol special police brigade of the Lankao County Public Security Bureau, has always insisted on arming his mind with the party's innovative theories, guiding practice, and promoting work, and has devoted all his enthusiasm and all his efforts to the public security cause he loves.

In the face of every major case and difficult case, Shi Ming always took the lead and set an example, and paid more than a normal number of times. In November 2018, under shi Ming's suggestion and vigorous promotion, the Lankao County Public Security Bureau built 11 street police stations in key areas and road sections of the county, divided the urban area into 9 areas, and built a grid patrol prevention and control model. As of August 2020, the incidence of criminal cases such as theft, fraud, robbery and robbery in the county has dropped by 37% compared with 2018 and 24% from 2019, effectively enhancing the people's sense of security.
During the security and stability maintenance work in Daqing, the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, Shi Ming stuck to his post for two consecutive months, received police 172 times, interrogated more than 3,100 vehicles, interrogated more than 7,200 people, rescued 22 people, handled 4 cases, and participated in the investigation and handling of 19 cases.
During his tenure as director of the Chengguan Police Station of the Lankao County Public Security Bureau, Shi Ming visited 13 villages, visited more than 1,400 people from 213 households, delivered 150 permits to the door, and comforted 11 families and 19 people in need. When Shi Ming was the commander of the patrol special police brigade, he rushed to rescue and rescue more than 10 collapsed greenhouses in the mud, and rescued more than 1,000 ducks pressed under the shed for farmers. Shi Ming, as the secretary of the party branch of the brigade, led party members to launch fundraising to buy household appliances for poor households, buy saplings, and help them engage in family farming.

At 8:46 on November 11, 2019, Shi Ming was on the way to Jiaozuo to arrest the suspect in a violent car collection case, unfortunately encountered a car accident, multiple injuries to the body, severe head injury, and the hospital issued a critical illness notice three times. Shi Ming, who had been in a coma for more than 100 days, said the first thing after a little awakening consciousness was: "Have people caught it?" When he was recovering, he told the nurse: "I can go to work now, and I still have work to report to the leader!" "I want to work hard to recover, return to work as soon as possible, and continue to do my public security work!"
Shi Ming has set the ambition of joining the police since he was a child, absolutely not favoritism, and punishing crimes according to law. From the day he put on the police uniform, he faithfully practiced his original intention and oath. In the patrol SWAT brigade, his colleagues called him "Bao Gong". Not only because his face is "black", but also because he enforces the law strictly and is impartial. In practical work, he has repeatedly refused temptation and resolutely refrained from bending the law for personal gain because of the handling of cases.
Shi Ming was frank, upright, and not afraid of sacrifice, and composed a heroic song of praise for the people's police in the new era with his selfless work spirit, superb law enforcement level, sincere love for the people, and unremitting pursuit of life.
