The adventure film "Edge of the World", starring Jonathan Les Meyers and Dominic Monaghan, is based on the life story of British adventurer Sir James Brooke, telling the story of the establishment of a jungle kingdom colony in Southeast Asia in the 1840s to rebel against the british empire. The film will go on demand on June 4.
The British aristocratic explorer Brooke escaped scandal and Victorian society to explore the wildlife of Borneo in the 1840s. Brooke fell in love with this tropical paradise, battling pirates and enemies of the Sultan and winning the crown of the King of Sarawak, where he ruled a jungle kingdom larger than England. This place is now near borneo, the Commonwealth of Malaysia.
