When the word "home" is mentioned, people may think of these first: parents, siblings, husbands or wives, children, grandparents, maternal grandparents、...... With them, there is a "home" that is happy and harmonious.
However, the appearance of "home" in front of people's eyes may also be a different scene: simple burrows, noisy courtyards, three-bedroom and two-hall suites, quiet courtyards, or even comfortable mansions,...... The "home" in this scene is the house where you live.

In the early 1990s, I had for the first time a conceptual "home" – a one-bedroom, one-room with kitchen and bathroom.
According to today's vision, the "home" of these twenty square meters is obviously "a little smaller", but in that era, the per capita area was only "one bed" more, and it was obviously "decent" enough to have such a "home". And according to the "rules" of that era, because this "home" was "distributed" to me, although there was no property right to pay rent, as long as I wanted, in this small "home", I could live in peace of mind for a lifetime. In other words, this is truly "home" that "belongs" to me.
By the standards of that era, the "home" was "fully renovated", with a kitchen with a stove and a water bucket, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and two not small closets. Some of the walls of the kitchen and bathroom are also "extravagantly" tiled. As long as gas is installed, tables and chairs, bed cabinets, curtains and other objects are added, this "home" is "completed". If you paint a wall, pave a floor, and add appliances such as refrigerators, color TVs and washing machines, it will be more "similar".
However, in the era when even the "decoration guerrillas" were not born, they had to paint the walls and pave the floors, and so on, except for asking friends who "understood" to help, they only had to "do it themselves." Fortunately, at that time, the requirements were not high, and friends were willing to help, after a "back and forth" of "feeding", this "home" was basically "settled".
I have to say that in the process of settling down, the purchase of furniture and home appliances is indeed a bit of a "story" taste. At that time, although there was no need for tickets to buy such "large pieces", if you want to choose a certain brand or a certain style, and the merchant happens to have stock, it is definitely "luck". It is more necessary to wait patiently, from weeks or months to as many as a year and a half. The most "bad" thing is that after the purchase of the goods, the merchant does not care about the delivery, so for the buyer, how to transport this kind of "large piece" home is really a "topic", fortunately, there are still friends to help, although the solution of this "topic" has been twisted and turned, but it has not been difficult to defeat the "hero".
Time soon entered the new century, Shanghai's real estate market has basically formed, but the house price is not as "amazing" as it is today. Because I already have a "home" in the previous sense, I finally feel that this "home" that has lived for nearly ten years and feels that I am still "satisfied" seems to be a little "small". Therefore, after "searching" almost all the "surplus grain", plus part of the provident fund loan, the second "home" was finally placed - a two-bedroom and one-hall second-hand elevator property right room.
Recall that the ownership of this second "home" should be due to the new land and housing reform policies launched by Shanghai in the early and mid-1990s. The implementation of these policy measures not only established a "buying and selling market" for land and housing, greatly expanded people's access to housing, and thus bred and promoted the formation and development of the real estate industry, which in turn made the real estate industry an important topic that makes people laugh and criticize in Shanghai today.
Touched by this major reform, people's "living" demand, which was forcibly suppressed in the previous complex process of "dividing houses", has been fundamentally released, and the expansion vitality of Shanghai's economy has also jumped to more than one step. A large number of "commercial housing" has risen from the ground, and the per capita living conditions have been gradually expanded from "one bed" to "one room"; the land income brought by the development of the real estate industry has made a remarkable and great improvement in the roads, public transportation and cityscape of the entire city.
With the second "home", due to shanghai's real estate-related market and services, there has been a great improvement, and all kinds of "troubles" encountered when an "home" before an "home" have all become "history" and "talking points". The large-scale building materials and furniture market has initially eliminated a handful of building materials or furniture stores, and its commodities are almost dazzling; along with the street "home improvement guerrillas", there are home improvement stores with "facades" on the street, as well as various decoration advertisements stuffed with mailboxes; buy refrigerators and color TVs and other home appliances, you can go to large shopping malls to choose brands at will, maybe after buying them, you can also give a "buy one get one free" small electrical appliances, and all of them are "delivered to the door"; as for the installation of telephones or gas, although it is not like making a phone call or mobile phone "tinkering" now That's convenient, you still need to apply to the relevant institutions in person, but you don't have to spend weeks or even months "queuing".
Compared with the "twists and turns" of the previous "settling down" process, this time it can be described as "smooth all the way". Although the whole house decoration is mainly "renovation", but because of the search for relatively "professional" personnel, the result is naturally much better than "do-it-yourself"; home appliances, furniture, sanitary ware and curtain soft decoration, etc., are selected and delivered to the household and responsible for installation. After everything was decided, I examined myself, although the new home was "completed" and did not carry out "major demolition and construction", but after the "upgrading" of soft decoration and furniture and appliances, it was still "new looking" in front of the eyes. It is conceivable that the series of partial updates carried out on the basis of careful planning can also achieve the effect of "renewing" compared with the "large-scale demolition and construction" of "expensive". This is true for the transformation of one home, and it is not the case for other aspects of transformation.
This second "home" has lived in today, it has been more than twenty years, and the original sense of "renewing" in the home has now almost "disappeared", especially this "home" as a "product" in the 1990s, there are many "innate deficiencies" in the internal layout, even if it is "demolition and construction", it is still "lacking in the sky". To this end, it has been constantly struggling, whether to change a new "home" or another "upgrade". In other words, today's high housing prices are "jaw-dropping", and the "surplus grain" in the hands of the point is really a bit of "looking at the rice and sighing"; if you don't change it, although "upgrading" can make the eyes "bright" again, but this objective existence of "innate deficiency" always makes people have a sense of "pity" lingering.
During the Spring Festival, friends met to go to the outskirts of the city for the "New Year" and "visited" their newly purchased "home" - townhouses. This house and the "Xinli" in the historical area of the city should belong to the same type of building, Xu is now built with more restrictions, these houses in terms of lighting and spacing, etc., always feel more than those quite historical "Xinli", there are still many regrets. Nevertheless, after seeing the newly purchased "home" of others, I thought that many people around me had already bought similar houses many years ago, and it was inevitable that there was an impulse to change such a "home".
Impulse to impulse, really want to put into action, think there are still three "hurdles" can not be bypassed. First, the price of such houses is not cheap, to be borrowed from commercial loans, not to mention the high and low interest rates, only in terms of the current tight mortgage policy, whether the final loan can be said; second, really want to buy such a "home", living in a big house is naturally comfortable, but the daily cleaning work really has to be done in a down-to-earth manner, can not but be said to be an extremely hard "errand"; third, the new house lives comfortably, but the house will always become old, after ten years and eight years there are problems such as leakage, House repair is a big trouble that costs money and is a big trouble. From this point of view, if you really want to change a "decent" "home", you really need to carefully consider and think twice.
Looking back at the forty years of reform and opening up, the lives of all the Chinese people can be described as earth-shaking changes, the quality of food, clothing, housing and transportation has been greatly improved, in terms of living conditions, in my teens and twenties, it is basically impossible to imagine that the average working-class people have the ability to buy "luxury houses" such as townhouses, and it is impossible to imagine that social services such as decoration, cleaning, housekeeping, etc., can be solved as long as they are "messed up" on mobile phones. Of course, all this is not only the institutional dividend brought about by reform and opening up, but also the achievements of the modern new technological revolution, and it is also a huge fruitful result of the party and government's policy of "benefiting the people" under the guidance of the general policy of reform and opening up. As an experiencer and witness of this era, I often think that our generation should be fortunate to have truly caught up with the good times of national development.
Personally, although there is such and such hesitation, it is not an "impossible" thing to really lay down a heart and replace a larger living space, but it is precisely this kind of hesitation and indecision that reflects the "ditch" that still exists in it. Of course, with the further development of the country, these "ditches" will eventually be "filled", but we can only wait patiently, wait, wait and wait.
I firmly believe that with the stable and comprehensive development of national construction, so that everyone has a satisfactory "home", this seemingly "difficult" goal will eventually be achieved, and it will be achieved.
