Hebei 67-year-old man absconded after killing his relatives, police: the suspect fled on the victim's tricycle, possibly carrying a murder weapon

On November 6, the Public Security Bureau of Xinji City, Hebei Province, issued a co-investigation notice.

The circular shows that at about 10 o'clock on the 6th, a major criminal case occurred in Mengguan Village, Nanzhiqiu Town, Xinji City. After investigation, Lin Moufa, a villager in Mengguan Village, Nanzhiqiu Town, was suspected of committing a major crime.

Suspect situation: Lin Moufa, male, 67 years old, height 173cm, slightly fat, wearing sunglasses, masks, black tops, white labels on the left chest, dark pants. After the incident, he fled in a black electric car, possibly carrying a murder weapon.

According to the local villagers to the Jiupai News, the suspect and the victim are villagers in the same village, the family relationship, the suspect killed his son's father-in-law. Some villagers witnessed two people riding together in the village, and after the suspect killed the person, he fled on the victim's tricycle.

It said that carrying a murder weapon may be a sickle that Lin Moufa usually feeds sheep to cut grass, and the last time he saw it was a long time ago, he felt that his "face was fierce".

According to it, the victim was an ordinary farmer with three daughters. The suspect is old and has not done anything, his son usually helps the flour mill, buys grain in the village and sells it, and now he has been taken away by the police to investigate. The suspect's son and the victim's daughter have two children, and the second child is still young.

As to the cause of the murder, it is not clear the cause. When the notice was sent to the village's WeChat group, the villagers were very surprised, and they had not heard of a conflict between the two relatives before.

The reporter contacted the police officer in charge of investigating the case, who said that the progress of the case was not convenient to disclose, and everything was subject to the announcement.
