The Nets Harden surpassed Clyde Drexler on the scoring charts

author:Northeast three-point kill

As a former houston rocket's great player, James Harden definitely knows who Drexler is — today, the Brooklyn Net has a chance to overtake him on the all-time scoring list. Drexler spent most of his career in Portland, but in the final years of his career, he helped the Rockets win their only championship. To this day, he's ranked 32nd on the NBA's all-time scoring list, and he was overtaken by Harden in the second quarter during Friday night's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Nets Harden surpassed Clyde Drexler on the scoring charts

James Harden hit a three-pointer to overtake Clyde Drexler and rank 32nd on the scoring list!

However, Harden will not end his career with a no. 32 result, as he is destined to reach the top 15 of the NBA's all-time scoring list. The NBA's rules are for offensive players, and while the league has taken steps to eliminate much of Harden's game, (active contact caused fouls), he's still one of the NBA's elite scorers today.

The next thing Harden is to give up are Hall of Famer Elgin Baylor and future Hall of Famer Dwayne Wade. Harden has entered the Hall of Fame, and the only thing that will stop him from earning the NBA legacy is a ring. He knows that, which is why he's not really making a fuss when it comes to Nets teammate Kyrie Owen and his covid-19 vaccine incident. Harden knows this is his best chance to win the ring, and he's not only one of the best scorers in NBA history, but also one of the best players. With or without Owen, he was ready.
