What kind of fish is it?
Sturgeon is commonly known as old man fish, stutter fish, toad fish, the fish can make a coughing sound similar to the old man, so it is called old man fish.
The appearance of the catfish is not very likable, grinning, eyes are sunny, thick and short, large mouth like a basin; the skin is concave, spines are everywhere, the whole body is angular, there are really three points like fish, seven points like ghosts, no wonder some people call it "sea ghost fish".
Sturgeon often crawls on the bottom of the Yellow and Bohai Seas. Usually, it likes to live a leisurely life on the seabed with seaweed. Although it is not good at swimming and chasing food, it has a clever way of taking food.
There are several free and long fins on the back of the sturgeon, and the first fin above the giant mouth floats with the water, like a retractable fishing rod. At the top of the rod hangs a fleshy pellet or membrane, which is the bait of the trout, which is called the bait of the biology.
Whenever a small fish is found, the squid swings the fishing rod to bait vigorously, and once the fish comes to eat, the squid does not hesitate to open its large mouth, forming an inward flow of water, which quickly sucks the gluttonous into the abdomen. Interestingly, in the dark, the bait on the fishing rod can also sparkle, luring foraging squid and fish to come to the bait.
The sturgeon has two rows of fangs that lie inward in their mouths, and the small fish can not escape the fate once they are bitten.

People refer to the squid as a master fisherman or "strange fisherman", but these "fishermen" are all female. Male sturgeon are "soft rice" and live a parasitic life.
The sturgeon is slow and unsociable, making it even more difficult for males to find a wife in the vast ocean. Therefore, once the male encounters the female, he immediately bites the female with his mouth and does not let go for a lifetime. From then on, the bite of the female and the male will be connected by blood, and the male's lifelong nutrition will be continuously supplied by the female, while the male has degenerated to the point that only the genitals are left.
Sometimes, a female fish, there will even be several males adsorbed. Females generally grow to more than half a meter, some up to one meter, but males do not exceed 20 centimeters in size, so the sturgeon and liver we eat come from females.
