Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate issued the "Work Plan on Carrying Out the Pilot Work Of Enterprise Compliance Reform", and launched the second phase of the pilot work of enterprise compliance reform.

In order to summarize the pilot experience of enterprise compliance reform and promote the in-depth implementation of enterprise compliance reform, on June 26, the seminar on "Compliance Non-Prosecution Reform and Third-Party Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism" sponsored by the Enterprise Compliance Research Center of East China Normal University, co-organized by Huiye Law Firm, the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Rule of Law Research Institute of East China Normal University, and the "Daxia Compliance" Project Team was held at East China Normal University.

At the seminar, Tao Jianping, deputy procurator general of the Shanghai Municipal People's Procuratorate, introduced the compliance mechanism of the Shanghai Regional Procuratorate.

In addition, there were five keynote speeches at the seminar, namely Pan Chunwei, Deputy Procurator General of the People's Procuratorate of Jinshan District, Shanghai Municipality, on "Exploration of the Compliance Non-Prosecution System", Guo Qinghong, Senior Partner of Huiye Law Firm and Director of the Compliance Committee of Huiye Law Firm, on "The World Bank's Conditional Lifting Mechanism and Enlightenment", Wu Xiaomin, Deputy Procurator General of the Procuratorate of Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, on the "Third-Party Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism", and Yan Zhonghua, Special Committee of the People's Procuratorate of Pudong New Area, Shanghai Municipality, on "Thoughts and Suggestions on Relevant Practical Issues in the Pilot Of Enterprise Compliance Reform". Kan Yu, a senior partner at Huiye Law Firm, launched on topics such as "Corporate Compliance Rectification".

As the main co-organizer, Liao Mingtao, general secretary of the party branch of Huiye Law Firm, said that Huiye Law Firm has established a strategic cooperative relationship with the Compliance Research Center of East China Normal University, and will hold more seminars and trainings in the future.
