The fourth season of Full Metal Frenzy began airing in April 2018 with features from the original novels, "Fighting Boy Meets Girl," "Runaway One-Night Stand," and "Turbulent Into the Blue." The plot tells that the two superpowers of the United States and the Soviet Union are still in the era of open strife and secret struggle, and although the human beings divided into the two camps of the East and the West have not carried out large-scale military operations, in the unknown behind-the-world, the intelligence personnel of various countries are engaged in cruel and abnormal espionage warfare. Sergeant Sosuke Sagara is a member of the mysterious international Mislier Special Forces, specializing in organizing clandestine missions to defuse crises in areas of the world where wars or armed conflicts are about to take place. This time, Sosuke was given a mission in Japan to disguise himself as a high school student and infiltrate to the Metropolitan High School to protect a 16-year-old female high school student, Chidori Kana. The blue-haired girl seemed to be no different from an ordinary female high school student, but she became the target of secret competition among spies from all over the world. To protect Chidori, Sosuke pilots the Mobile Suit "arm slave" to confront other mysterious organizations. This makes the Metropolitan High School a dangerous place, and there are crazy machine gun fire and landslide explosions on the campus at any time.
