Chen Jia, female, Master of Science and Engineering in Guan Gang, lecturer, national registered first-class construction engineer, national registered supervisor. In 2011, he taught in the Engineering Management Department of the School of Civil Engineering. He mainly teaches courses such as "Engineering Project Financing", "Feasibility Study and Evaluation of Construction Projects", "Construction Organization", "Project Bidding and Contract Management" and so on. During his work, he has won 2 annual assessment outstanding times, undergraduate teaching quality excellence award twice, third prize of the young teacher lecture competition of the College of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology, advanced individual in teaching and educating people in the College of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology, advanced young worker of the College of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology, and excellent graduation thesis instructor.

In the teaching work, Teacher Chen Jia pays special attention to the cultivation and guidance of students' values, conscientiously implements the concept of Lide Tree, and takes the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core as the important content to guide and educate students to consciously practice the core values of socialism. He has guided students to participate in the National Engineering Bidding Simulation Competition, Project Management Sand Table Competition, Construction Technology Competition, Bim Modeling Competition, Bim Application Skills Competition, Colleges and Universities Project Management Competition and International Project Management Championship China Division Selection Competition, etc., won the first prize of the province and the third prize of the country for many times, was awarded the honorary title of excellent guidance teacher for many times and was hired as a member of the expert committee of the "National Construction Technology Application Skills Competition of Construction Colleges and Universities".
