Hunan Daily, New Hunan Client November 25 (Reporter Xu Jianfeng) On November 22, the fifth general meeting of the General Branch of Minjin Yongxing County was held. Wang Dong, vice chairman of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic Progressive Party, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Since the change of the general branch of Yongxing County in 2015, the Fourth Committee of the General Branch of the Democratic Progressive County has led the members of the County Democratic Progressive Party to keep pace with the times around the work center of the county party committee and county government, not forget the original intention, strive to strengthen their own construction, effectively perform the function of participating in the administration and discussion of state affairs, and make positive contributions to the economic and social development of Yongxing County.
The meeting elected the Fifth Committee of the General Branch of The Yongxing County of the Minjin by secret ballot, and Cao Yong was elected as the chairman of the new branch.
Wang Dong demanded that we should further enhance our political awareness and vigorously strengthen our own construction; we should strengthen our awareness of serving the overall situation of the work of party committees and earnestly perform the functions of participating in political parties; we should pay attention to linking up with the masses from all walks of life and making new contributions to social services, resolving contradictions, and helping and relieving difficulties.
Chen Zhanhua, deputy secretary of the Yongxing County CPC Committee, hoped that the general branch of Yongxing County, the CPC, would take the current change of term as a new starting point, regard strengthening self-building as an important political task in accordance with the requirements of building a high-quality political party, and grasp it well and constantly create a new situation of multi-party cooperation in Yongxing.
County leaders Li Linghua, Liu Aijun, Ouyang Chongzhi, and Feng Yonghong attended the meeting.
