Most new aquarists, seeing some introductions about the experience of feeding small fry, may go to breed shrimp in the harvest, which is not impossible, and it is also very good.
But in my opinion, it still seems to be more troublesome, mainly because it is not easy to preserve, not as good as other methods I have adopted.
In fact, the egg yolk water for the initial water of the individual relatively small fry, or will have a certain promotion effect, especially in the winter, live fish insects are relatively scarce period, egg yolk water is definitely an effective supplement to all fry open food, however, the amount of feeding must not be more, the feeding time does not have to be too long.
For example, if we take peacock fry as an example, the newborn peacock fry has completely and absolutely been able to feed on small fish worms.
What does this sentence mean, that is, no matter how small other ornamental fry are, how long should they be fed egg yolk water, as long as they are similar to newborn peacock fry, then you can feed small fish worms, and the egg yolk water can be directly stopped.
As for the feeding of egg yolk water, here I emphasize again, we are not a large number of pond goldfish fry, there is no need to sprinkle the whole pond, just put the cooked egg yolk with three or four layers of medical gauze included, slightly shake or squeeze a little or two in the water body, a little fine particles can flow out, the general nest of blue manlong or mini parrot fish a meal is enough.

They reproduce quickly and swim slowly, and the newborn small fish worms are very small, which is fully suitable for feeding many small fry.
Of course, we can also buy water on the Internet, that is, grasshoppers breed on their own, but that thing I feel is also more troublesome, not as convenient and simple as cultivating fish and insects.
We can take the method of egg yolk water combined with fish worms, that is, while feeding egg yolk water, a small amount of fish worms are added to the water body, with the nutrition of the egg yolk water and the growth of small fry, these fish worms will begin to multiply, so that the egg yolk water will not be bad water, and when the small fish fry grow to be suitable for feeding on fish worms, they will naturally eat, and this method is also OK.
In addition, fish and insects are kept separately in foam boxes outdoors or on balconies, allowing them to multiply in large quantities in the hope that they can be sustained.
If the small fry grows to the size of the peacock fry, or slightly smaller, the cut red worms and red worms can be properly fed.
The third trick is green water, moss or brown algae fish fry, and then combined with fish and insect feeding, the reason is the same, most of the small fry in extreme hunger, have the habit of eating algae, whether it is chlorella, moss or brown algae, they will eat, and not necessarily affect their growth, after which we can also add appropriate fish and insects in green water.

My peacock fry live with the big fish, it is impossible not to be damaged at all, because I do not have the time and energy to care about them, but rely on the more bamboo grass in the fish tank, most of the small fry can survive.
They are actually fed with the big fish, for example, when I take the fish and shrimp burger to feed the big fish, I will crush a part of the pinch at will, so that the small fish fry can be fed, or when feeding the big fish and fish feed, I generally feed the shrimp feed, the particles are very small, the fingers can be directly pinched into powder, but also in the feeding, a small amount of crushing, the small fish fry can follow.

And mini parrot fry, because of the care of the big fish, before the small fish fry water, I will only feed the big fish pellet feed or large fish worms, the big fish will not feed the newborn small fish worms, and when the small fish fry swim in the water, they will directly feed the small fish worms, at the beginning the small fry can also eat the brown algae on the wall of the tank, about a week or so, their individuals will grow up, and then I can feed the fish worms or fish feed or fish shrimp burger at will.
In this nest of mini parrot fish feeding, I also bought a red worm once, sometimes the red worm is cut, fed to the small fry, they can also eat very well, in their about 20 days, the thinner red worm, they can already compete for their own food, direct feeding, do not have to cut it again.
