In order to comprehensively reflect the achievements of Qujing's literary and artistic creation since the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to write the magnificent chapter since the reform and opening up, the Qujing Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Writers sponsored the Qujing Literary and Art Critics Association and the Palm Qujing Undertook the Qujing Literary and Art Criticism Contest "Celebrating the Centenary of the Founding of the Cpc and Commemorating the 79th Anniversary of the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum", with the theme of "Socialist Literary and Art Creation Concept" and "Commemorating the Spirit of the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum". From April 20, 2021 to September 21, 2021, the majority of literary and art critics, review writers, and review enthusiasts in the city actively submitted articles, closely following the theme, carrying forward the main theme, transmitting positive energy, and highlighting the epochality, ideology, artistry, and innovation.
