Ma Man Kei (1919-2014)
Ma Man-kei, a native of Nanhai, Guangdong, inherited his father's business in 1934 to manage Ma Shengtang, and after the Japanese occupied Guangzhou in 1938, moved to Hong Kong and founded TaiSheng Xing Yong Yu Chang as a manager. In 1941, Ma Man Kei moved to Macau and successively founded Hengfeng Yuxing, Heshengxing, Dafeng Yinhao, Hengji Company and other companies, becoming a well-known wealthy businessman in Macao.
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Ma Man-kei specially opened a Portuguese-French foreign firm to transfer anti-Japanese materials in the interior, and during the Liberation War, he provided many strategic materials for the liberation of Hainan and Guangxi. During the period of reform and opening up, Ma Man-kei spared no effort to support domestic economic construction.
Ma Man Kei also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Macau Mirror Lake Hospital Charity Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Macau Dahuahang Investment Co., Ltd., and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and died in Beijing in 2014 due to illness.
Tang Xingqiao (1929-)
Tang Xingqiao, a native of Enping, Guangdong, moved to Hong Kong with his family before the Japanese occupation of Guangzhou, and after Hong Kong was occupied by the Japanese army, he returned to his hometown to study. After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Tang Xingqiao entered the Electrical Engineering Department of the Guangdong Provincial Higher Industrial School, and after graduation, he went to work as a repair technician in the power company in Macau.
Tang Xingqiao is good at organizing the trade union movement, organizing workers' re-election, and forming the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, pushing the Macao workers' movement to a favorable national development direction. In 1951, he was elected chairman of the Macau Hydropower Union, in 1953 he became the executive director of the Macau Federation of Trade Unions, and in 1956, as a representative of macao workers, he participated in the "May Day" labor day celebration held in Beijing.
After 1958, Tang Xingqiao served as vice chairman of the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, deputy to the People's Congress of Guangdong Province, chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, president of the Federation of Trade Unions, etc. When Macao returned to the motherland, he also served as deputy director of the Advisory Committee on the Macao Basic Law and vice president of the Macao Basic Law Association, making unremitting efforts for the return of Macao.

Ke Zhengping (1911-2005)
Ke Zhengping, also known as Ke Ping, a native of Haifeng, Guangdong, joined the Workers' and Peasants' Revolutionary Army in 1927, went to Hong Kong in 1929 to engage in the patriotic movement, and in 1934 went to Macao to engage in the anti-Japanese salvation movement. During this period, he founded the Nanguang Company and made outstanding contributions to the liberation of Hainan Island and the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.
During the period of Macao's return to the motherland, Ke Zhengping served as the representative of the Chinese side in the negotiations between the Chinese and Portuguese governments on the Macao issue, a member of the Drafting Committee of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and a member of the Preparatory Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

Cao Qizhen (1941-)
Cao Qizhen, a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang, was born in Shanghai, with superior family conditions, his father Cao Guangbiao was the founder of "Dragonair", graduated from the Department of Physics of Anhui University in his early years, went to France to study, and completed his studies in Paris. In 1968, Cao Qizhen settled in Macau, first working in his father's company, and then becoming involved in politics.
In 1976, Cao Qizhen joined the first Legislative Council of Macao as a member of parliament, the only woman elected, during her term as a legislator, Cao Qizhen actively promoted the cause of Macao's return to the motherland, serving as a member of the Basic Law Drafting Committee, vice chairman of the Basic Law Association, and vice chairman of the Preparatory Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region. In 1999, Cao Qizhen was elected president of the first Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region, becoming the highest-ranking woman in Macau's political circles, and she also presided over the Macau Legislative Council with her Chinese.

Cui Deqi (1912-2007)
Cui Deqi, a native of Xinhui in Guangdong Province, graduated from St. Joseph's Monastery and later studied at guangdong Sino-German Architectural Engineering School and Guangdong Ambulance Adjustment School, he is an important figure in the political and business circles of Macao, serving as the manager of Youhe Company, the manager of Jianxin Furniture Company, the chairman of TongshanTang, the vice chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the vice chairman of the Legislative Council, and a member of the Municipal Committee. He is also enthusiastic about social welfare and charity as well as cultural and sports undertakings, and his paintings are good, and he has been selected for many national and art exhibitions.

Stanley Ho (1921-)
Born in Hong Kong's well-known Ho Kai Tung family, with Jewish, Dutch, British and Chinese ancestry, he studied at Queen's College and the University of Hong Kong in his early years. After that, he founded the Macau Fire water company and the Great American Foreign Firm. In 1953, Stanley Ho returned to Hong Kong and founded Lion Construction Company, which after years of operation became a well-known and wealthy businessman in Hong Kong.
In 1961, Ho cooperated with Ip Hon, Ye Deli, Fok Ying Tung and others to obtain the "White Pigeon Vote" and "Shop Ticket" franchise rights in Macao. In 1962, Macau Tourism and Entertainment Co., Ltd. was established, with Stanley Ho as Managing Director, and he began his gambling business in Macau. Liang Piyun (1907-2010)
Liang Piyun, scientific name Liang Longguang, also known as Liang Xueyu, a native of Quanzhou, Fujian Province, graduated from Shanghai University in his early years, studied in Japan, and did graduate studies at Waseda University in Tokyo. After returning to China, he began to work in education, and worked in Quanzhou Liming Senior High School, Sudong Middle School in Mindana, the Netherlands, Zhonghua Middle School in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and National Fujian Conservatory of Music.

Lee Sung-joon (1926-)
Li Chengjun, born in Macao with his ancestral home in Xinhui, Guangdong Province, joined the Pearl River Column of the anti-Japanese guerrillas in his early years, and later transferred to the East River Column and served as the editor of the New Popular Daily. After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, he returned to Macao to work as a newspaper.
In 1958, Lee Cheng Chun founded the Macao Daily News and became the general manager. During the period of Macao's return to the motherland, he also served as a member of the Drafting Committee of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and he was also a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference at the first level of the director of the China News Service.
