Introduction to the Presenter
Zhang Jinjiang is a famous writer, scholar, member of the Chinese Writers Association, and currently the president of the Shanghai Children's Literature Research and Promotion Society. He is known for his marine novels and is known as the "Blue Writer". His 12-volume series of 12 long-volume books, "The New Commentary on Mountains and Seas", which is the lead editor and creator, pioneered the "New Chinese Mythological Novel".
The Classic of Mountains and Seas is an ancient book of geographical knowledge and mythological stories that has existed more than 3,000 years ago. Sanxingdui is a very important cultural site in China, which existed between 4800 and 3100 years ago. Many mysterious and magnificent cultural relics have been unearthed in Sanxingdui, which are yearning for many archaeologists and have also caused a lot of controversy.
Why is a fascinating ancient book and a valuable cultural site linked together? It turned out that the cultural relics unearthed from Sanxingdui were very similar to the written records in the Classic of Mountains and Seas! For example, there is a description in the Classic of Mountains and Seas, "There are silkworm bushes of the Shu Marquis, whose eyes are long, and they are called kings." The second king is known as Bai Irrigation. The second king knows the fish. Isn't this sentence like a "longitudinal mask" unearthed from the Sanxingdui?
