The first stop of the visit came to Yang Dongbei's home in Chengdu. Yang Dongbei joined the army in 1963 and entered Tibet in 1965, transferred to Tibet in 1990, and participated in many tasks such as counterinsurgency in Bianba in 1969, ganzi earthquake relief in 1973, and anthrax treatment in Jiangda in 1989. Chen Yibin, who was the vice president of the hospital and the former director of the Pharmacy Department of the General Hospital of Chengdu Military Region, is 86 years old, and his family member Chen Shirong, who is 77 years old, has also worked in the hospital and is the head nurse of the second department.
