Nanwang Village is a relatively remote village in Jinnan Town, with abundant beaches and water resources, and superior ecological environment. In order to develop efficient ecological agriculture, after research and investigation, Yu Zirong tried to introduce chrysanthemum planting. Due to the conflict between the management of chrysanthemum planting water and the use of rice and wheat water, at first the people did not support and did not cooperate, and some village cadres also raised questions. However, Yu Zirong put his mind on the project, and finally found a solution, built a 120-acre Nanwangju Garden, with an annual output value of 1.14 million yuan in 2018, a profit of 350,000 yuan, and led more than 90 villagers to employment, especially the annual net income of 18 households with a registered card reached 6600 yuan, all of which achieved independent poverty alleviation. Yu Zirong has also helped 18 large farmers to raise 2 million yuan, of which the 80-mu vegetable base planted by villager Wu Zaibin has an annual profit of nearly 300,000 yuan, which can drive more than 40 villagers to find employment at their doorstep every year.
Over the years, Yu Zirong has always adhered to the excellent style of being down-to-earth and hard-working, and exchanged his "hardship index" for the "happiness index" of the masses. With the improvement of living standards, Yu Zirong actively conforms to public opinion, vigorously develops people's livelihood and builds an ecological livable village. Completed the cement hardening project of 26.8 kilometers of Zhuangtai Road and main production roads in the village, built and renovated 28 drought-resistant drainage stations, 24 kilometers of cement anti-seepage canals, erected 428 street lights, and improved 238 peasant housing. At the same time, we will vigorously promote the construction of municipal characteristic pastoral villages, raise 21 million yuan to build the "Wanghuzhuang" project, complete the construction of Wanghu Park, the first phase of the homestay project and supporting sewage treatment, benefiting more than 130 villagers and more than 500 people, and the construction of beautiful villages has achieved remarkable results.
