According to the information published by our national CFDA, "Nonbustad is mainly suitable for the long-term treatment of hyperuricemia with gout symptoms."
It conveys two meanings:
(1) "Hyperuricemia with gout symptoms" indicates that non-busteta is mainly suitable for patients with gout symptoms, and it is not recommended for people without symptoms.
(2) "Applies to... Long-term treatment" indicates that the safety of febustad is still relatively guaranteed, and patients can take it for a long time.
Here, Dr. Kim would like to add a little, because non-busteta is mainly metabolized by the liver and does not cause too much burden on the kidneys. Considering that many clinical gout patients are accompanied by problems such as renal insufficiency and kidney stones, this time non-busteta is undoubtedly a better choice.
After purines are metabolized in our body, they produce "uric acid". Factors such as long-term hyperpurine diet, obesity and other factors will increase the amount of uric acid produced, when the body can not effectively excrete these uric acid, it will lead to a large amount of uric acid "stuck" in the human body, causing hyperuricemia, inducing gout.
Instead of buses, he effectively lowers uric acid by obstructing the production process of uric acid (inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity).
Drugs are a "double-edged sword," and so is non-buster.

Whether it is before meals, or after meals can take febustat, this has little effect.
2. Can I combine drugs such as allopurinol to improve the therapeutic effect?
Febuxta and allopurinol are generally not used together. If you take febuxir, the maximum dose has been used, but the serum uric acid level is still > 360umol / l, and drugs such as benzbromarone can be used under the guidance of a doctor.
