Korla is a place full of surprises. The Peacock River makes it incredibly agile, and Bosten Lake gives it unlimited vitality. Go to see the charming water and mountains of Lotus Lake, feel the pear town in the golden poplar forest, and appreciate the ten thousand styles on the Silk Ancient Road, all of which Korla can satisfy you.

1. Korla, Saiwai Pear Township
Korla means "to look" in Uighur, and the city has revealed its poetry from its name, but these two words alone are enough to touch the softest place in the heart, so that this small city born in the desert is not trapped in quicksand, not only thorns.
Korla relies on the northeastern edge of the Tarim Basin, the Tributaries of the Tianshan Mountains, the Kuruk Mountains and the Hora Mountains, and the Taklamakan Desert, the second largest desert in the world, to the south. The Peacock River and the Tarim River are entangled in it, and the Hora Mountains and Kuruk Mountains guard it.
Korla is a feng shui treasure land where two mountains and two rivers converge, bringing together the civilizations of the East and the West. There is a saying in Xinjiang: Turpan grapes, Hami melons, Korla pears have no slag. When korla is mentioned, the first thing people blurt out is its fragrant pear.
This place famous for its delicious fragrant pears, hot summer, large temperature difference between day and night, light and heat and abundant water resources, has created good ecological conditions for the abundant production of fragrant pears, known as "Saiwai Pear Township".
Aside from pears and oil, what else does Korla have? If you ask the locals, they will proudly tell you that there is much more. There are famous cultural landscapes such as The Royal Palace of Nameng, Bacangtai Huangku, Quhui Ancient City, Tang Dynasty City, Sikhqin Thousand Buddha Cave, Tiemen Pass, Loulan Ancient City, Milan Ruins and so on.
Under the magic of nature, China's largest state has a strange landform, a changeable climate, exceptionally beautiful natural scenery, and is full of primitive wild interest.
There are the Bayinbrook Grassland with abundant water and grass, the Arjin Mountain, the Tianshan Stone Forest with its ravines, the Lop Po Sha Lake, the smokey Whale Lake, and the deep and unpredictable Huthong Sala Waterfall.
There are also mysterious and gorgeous Yadan wonders, Taklamakan Desert and the strange mirages on the Kumutagsha Sea, which are all places where Chinese and foreign travelers and explorers carry joy and run, and have high ornamental value and research value.
2. Bosten Lotus Lake, Hawaii, Xinjiang
In people's minds, Xinjiang is a place with only mountains, deserts and Gobi Deserts, but when you come here, you will find that Xinjiang not only has a majestic and rough place, but also a very tender side. In the vast Gobi, under the favor and creation of nature, Bosten Lake has the same brightness and femininity as Hawaii, interpreting the story of the Gobi and the oasis.
When you come to Bosten Lake, you will be impressed by its turquoise Jiangnan and style. Walking on the shore of the lake, there is not only the golden beach estuary, Yangshui Station, Pegatron Beach and Acacia Lake, but also the romantic Lotus Lake.
From Korla to Lotus Lake, there is a distance of about 25 kilometers. After passing through a barren land, you can see the lush poplar towering sky, and behind the woods is a lake. The lotus lake with the same color of water and sky is not only sparkling, but also the birds singing and fish jumping, and the breeze is blowing, just like the water town of Jiangnan.
Traveling on the Lotus Lake, the water droplets continue to splash on the white lotuses around you, and the lotus leaves sparkle and roll around like pearls. The lotus flowers are dripping with clear water, crystal lovely, and extremely charming.
The fact that the lotus blossoms in the Gobi is in itself an unbelievable thing; it is even more unimaginable to bloom lushly all over the lake. The white, light pink lotus flower is delicate and delicate, ice clear jade, transparent and crisp, like a fairy in the lake. The dense water weeds in the clear water of the lake make it seem mysterious and evocative.
In addition to lotus flowers, the green reeds of Lotus Lake are equally charming. Those reeds looked endless, like a green ocean, each one was as thick as thin, more than two meters long, and the slender figure was extremely slender.
In the middle of summer, when the sun is blazing on Lotus Lake, take a boat into the shady reed path, and immediately feel a refreshing coolness, red dust, fatigue without a trace, leaving only a cool world in your heart. This sea of flowers, this reed, this quiet surface of the water, is the best gift that nature has left to Korla.
Such a Korla, can you refuse?
