1. Rinus Michels
Rínus Michels coached Barca twice in 1971–75 and 1976–78. His greatest achievement was to bring Dutch talent Cruyff to Barca and help barca win the 1973-74 La Liga title, ending the club's 14-year trough. He was also the manager of the Dutch national team at the 1974 FIFA World Cup.
2. Johan Cruyff

In the eight years from 1988 to 1996, Barca won four La Liga titles, one European Cup, one Copa del Rey, three Spanish Super Cups, one European Super Cup and one European Cup Winners' Cup. 3. Louis van gaal
Van Gaal came to Barcelona in 1997 and, as Barca's third Dutch coach, he led the team to La Liga, copa del Rey and the European Super Cup in his first season, and went on to win la Liga titles the following year. However, his third season was unsuccessful, with Barca only finishing second in the league and being eliminated in the semi-finals in the Champions League and Copa del Rey.
In 2002–03, Louis van Gaal returned to Barca, but he managed only 19 games. During his time as Barcelona coach, he discovered a number of stars, including Iniesta, Valdés, Puyol and Xavi.
4. Frank Rijkaard
Rijkaard is a champion of offensive football and Dutch style. He took over from Barca in 2003–04 and, with the help of players such as Ronaldo, Barca were able to deliver a pleasing performance. During his tenure, Barca won two La Liga titles, a Spanish Super Cup and a second Champions League trophy in the club's history. After the 2007–08 season, he stepped down as manager of the Red and Blues.
5. Ronald Koeman
Koeman, who has just taken over as Barca manager, is the fifth Dutch manager in the club's history. As a player, Coman was a member of the Barça Dream Team, and now he is back in the once familiar team.
