Ning Qiang's famous flavor snack "Wang Jia Walnut Bun", this bun is as small as a porcelain lid, orange and yellow in color, rich in flavor, and crisp in population, especially rare in the place of tired days and more than ten years of color and taste as before. In the twenty-sixth year of the Qing Dynasty (1900), the Eight-Nation Alliance army attacked Jinjing, and Empress Dowager Cixi fled to Xi'an with the Guangxu Emperor for refuge, and the magistrate rushed to Xi'an to join the dynasty on news, and once used this bun as a tribute to the Chen emperor.
