The "Measures" are divided into seven chapters, a total of 37 articles, clarifying the planning, construction and classification container setting and management requirements of domestic garbage classification facilities, and determining the "four-point method" of domestic garbage: that is, recyclables, kitchen waste, hazardous garbage, and other garbage.
