Accepting bribes nearly a hundred times, he was gradually corrupted by "small affection"
Chen Genqiu, 55, has been engaged in construction management since he entered the Lin'an construction system in 1988, and has been rated as an advanced individual many times for daring to act boldly and forge ahead. In December 2008, Chen Genqiu was appointed as the chief of the construction industry management section of the Lin'an Planning and Construction Bureau. Because he held the key powers of qualification application, completion acceptance, law enforcement inspection, and evaluation of all local construction enterprises, Chen Genqiu became the object of competition among business owners.

One day in the second half of 2018, Chen Genqiu repeated the same trick and asked Shangye Moumou to drive him to Hangzhou for a meeting. After the meeting, Chen Genqiu proposed to go to a high-end commercial building in Hangzhou and picked a brand-name belt worth 2,000 yuan. This belt is naturally also paid for by Ye Moumou.

Subsequently, Chen Genqiu contacted He Moumou, the owner of another local construction company, hoping that he could pay the personal training fee.
