During the investigation of the Tacheng Court and the Yezhi Court of the Weixi County Court, President Zhang Yu inquired in detail and inspected the work of court security, file archiving, staffing, trial quality and efficiency. He demanded that all grass-roots courts strictly implement the important arrangements of higher-level courts and local party committees and governments for maintaining stability and security, earnestly continue the red bloodline, inherit the fine traditions of the people's judiciary, solidly carry out the work of managing the source of litigation and the diversified resolution of contradictions and disputes, and better serve and ensure all aspects of grass-roots social governance.
President Zhang Yu also went to Yanmen Township to investigate and participate in the "Cadre Planning Hometown Action", and went to Shidi Village of Yanmen Township to comfort the staff of the two village committees and the staff of the prefecture court stationed in the village.
