Take stock of the domestic Mickey Mouse stamps around Disney's classics

Speaking of Disney, everyone must first think of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, these two classic images in China, men, women and children can be said to be unknown to everyone, and how much do you know about these cute little friends' stamps and other souvenirs?

Although stamps are rarely used in daily life today, this does not allow Disney to continue to use stamps as a carrier of childhood dreams. In disney's long history, there are only several stamps with the theme of Mickey Mouse and other characters issued in China, and their forms of expression and style are also diverse, so let's take a look at these cute domestic Disney stamps today.

On June 1, 2013, China Post released a Disney postage envelope and a postage postcard, the former is Mickey's red paper-cut head' (Picture l), and the latter is an ink painting of Mickey's full body (Figure 2). As early as 12 January 2003, Hongkong Post issued a set of 4 Hong Kong Disneyland stamps and 1 small sheetlet (Figure 7) for the construction of Hong Kong Disneyland, showing the exterior scenes of "American Town Street", "FantasyLand", "Adventureland" and "Tomorrowland", each stamp in the lower left corner and the small sheet of side paper are painted with the same early Mickey Mouse shape.

On August 3, 2005, the "China Post Company" in Taiwan issued a set of 2 "Cartoon Star Stamps - Mickey Mouse" small sheetlets, of which 4 stamps are: Steamship Willie, Fantasia, Beggar Prince, Mickey Christmas Carnival. On June 21, 2006, another set of 2 "Cartoon Star Stamps - Winnie the Pooh" small sheet was launched, this time 4 stamps. The protagonists on the ticket are Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Dai. compare. On April 3, 2008, another set of 2 "Cartoon Animation Stamps - Finding Nemo" was released, each containing 5 stamps.
