Experts, scholars and lawyers present conducted academic discussions on the legal and economic issues in the company's equity dispute case, and expressed their opinions.

Zhan Zhongle, a well-known scholar, vice president of the China Administrative Law Research Association, and professor at Peking University, also made a speech. He mainly emphasized three points: First, as long as the content of the contract does not violate the laws and regulations of the state, the content of the contract should be valid; 2. The right to decide on the change of the building volume ratio lies with the competent government departments, not within the ability of the company's individuals; 3. There are obvious tendencies and procedural violations in the use of evidence in the course of court trial.

Zhan Zhongzhuo, a well-known lawyer, believes that one of the cores of this case is that there are huge differences in the determination of relevant evidence, and a common standard should be determined in the identification standard.

The experts at the scene had a heated discussion on the current problems in the judicial circles and local judicial practices, and generally believed that in view of the abuse of public power, the violation of the law and judicial corruption in some fields, it is very necessary to use media power and social forces to jointly form a strong supervisory force to jointly promote China's rule of law towards justice and fairness.
