In the eyes of the Chinese people, the yellow-bodied tianzhu seabream is only a miscellaneous fish and has no economic value.

Taken on February 3, 2020, off ambon Island, Indonesia
Yellow-bodied snapper, yellowish throughout, with a thin bright blue stripe on the head, a number of pale brown bands faintly on the side of the body, one even reaching the caudal fin; there is an inconspicuous dark spot the size of a pupil in the center of the tail stalk...
The yellow-bodied snapper mainly inhabits shallow reef areas, sheltered coral reef platforms or reef slope areas. Stays under rocks or caves during the day and forages for hairy polychaetes and other small benthic invertebrates at night.
Yellow-bodied snapper, small fish, the largest is also 10 cm, the length of the man's middle finger.
It is found in the Indo-Western Pacific region, including Taiwan, the Philippines and the Indo-Australian Islands.
