If you ask who is the first fierce general of the Three Kingdoms? Friends familiar with "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" will definitely say "it must be Lü Bu"! Folk even have the saying of "one Lü two Zhao three Dianwei", even Zhao Yun and Dianwei must be ranked after Lü Bu, then Lü Bu must be the first fierce general of the Three Kingdoms.
I. Lü Bu's anti-heavenly force in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms
If we look at the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", Lü Bu in the book is indeed very fierce: not only did he show the well-known "Three Ying Battle Lü Bu" at Tiger Prison Pass, but he also came with Cao Cao in the Battle of Wanping, and Lü Bu alone was angry with Six first-class masters under Cao Cao's account, Xu Chu, Dianwei, Xiahou Huan, Xiahou Yuan, Li Dian, and Le Jin.
According to the description of Mr. Luo Guanzhong, as long as it is on the battlefield, Lü Bu's force value is simply a bottomless pit, worthy of the title of "Red Rabbit in Horses, Lü Bu among People".
II. Lü Bu's force in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms
However, in real history, Lü Bu's military value is actually far less exaggerated than described in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
The description of Lü Bu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms is as follows: "Bu Ben bowed his horse, was strong and powerful, and was called a flying general." In just a few words, it can be summed up: agile and muscular.
However, this description can only say that Lü Bu is a type of man, and cannot directly show Lü Bu's strength value. And to say his real force value, we still have to look at the actual battle.
Pei Songzhi's note quotes Wang Xuan's "Hero's Record" as having this record: "Guo Feng is in the north of the city. cloth...... The words 'and the soldiers, but the body is decisive'. Fen and Bu Nai fought together, and Bu stabbed Fen with a spear, and After Fen rode forward to rescue Fen, Fen and Bu Sui each struck twice. ”
This record is the whole process of Lü Bu and Guo Feng's frontal single challenge. Although the result of this battle was indeed Lü Bu's victory, dingdang fought for ten minutes, but it only injured Guo Feng, which was far from the description in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Third, Lü Bu's boldness
A brave general, in addition to the strength value, a very important reference indicator is "boldness". Think about it, how can a person who encounters danger and frightens people with weak legs be called brave?
So what about the boldness of the muscle man Lü Bu? Hey, it's not really good. In the TV series, the hero with the aura of the protagonist, when encountering unexpected situations such as rebellion, is generally very bold to draw a knife and shout: Brothers, rush with me! Fight one enough, fight two to earn!
However, the performance of Lu Da's handsome brother was a big surprise.
Or "Heroes" has such a glorious past of Lü Da's handsome brother: in 196 AD, Lü Bu's subordinate had a general named Hao Meng, who rebelled in the middle of the night and led his subordinates to kill people and set fire to Xia Pi City, targeting Lü Bu's general's palace. The killing sound was so loud that the handsome brother Lu who was sleeping woke up from his dream, "Ke tou Yi... Out of the wall".
Lü Bu, who climbed out, looked for the younger brother Gao Shun at the critical moment: Brother, quickly save the big brother.
Gao Shun was also anxious: Big brother, who is rebelling?
Lü Bu: I... I don't know. Just listening to the accent, the leader seems to be from the Hanoi area.
Gao Shun swept through lü Bu's subordinates who could lead the army to rebel, and finally determined: This must be Hao Meng! Copy guys kill!
With clear goals and capable command, Gao Shun quickly leveled Hao Meng.
This process of Hao Meng's rebellion must be praised for Gao Shun's performance, but on the contrary, Lü Bu: a handsome man, bare-buttocked, climbed out of the wall of the dung pit. This picture, really don't be too hot eyes.
From the Hao Meng rebellion incident, it can be seen that the boldness of the muscular male Lü Bu is also at the level of ordinary people.
Fourth, Lü Bu's employment vision
As a party overlord, personal ability is important, and the use of human vision is even more critical.
But in terms of employing people, from the beginning to the demise, Lü Bu seems to have been fighting alone, and the Romance of the Three Kingdoms describes that as long as a war starts, Lü Bu is on the battlefield and singled out, and the younger brothers stay while they go. And Lü Bu in the right history is really almost this posture, it seems that he will never have a two-boss or three-boss around him...
But in fact, Lü Bu's side can almost be said to be full of talents.
Chen Qun, the founder of the Wei and Jin Nine Pins Zhongzheng system. Although there was no outstanding performance at that time, Chen Qun, who came from the "Yingchuan Chen Clan" of the Wang clan, behaved differently and was well known from near and far at an early age. At that time, he was taking refuge in Lü Bu's Xuzhou, but there were such celebrities, and Lü Bu was stunned, as if Chen Qun did not exist at all.
Chen Gong, this highly intelligent counselor actually needless to say, his strategic level is definitely the first echelon in the history of the Three Kingdoms at the end of the Han Dynasty. Whenever Lü Bu obeyed Chen Gong's words, Lü Bu could basically be arrogant for a while. However, Lü Bu did not listen to Chen Gong's wisdom and strategy, especially in the crucial siege of Xia Pi, and almost did not listen to any of chen Gong's proposed defensive strategies. But even so, Chen Gong was the last loyal little brother to accompany Lü Bu to his death.
For the Chen Palace, the descendants sighed: "He Wu zengnu Dong Taishi, the original tomb Qingcao is in the middle of the mountain." For a while, Xiang gathered many knowledges, hated the public platform alone and did not choose to live. This poem has infinite emotions for Chen Gong's professional life.
Gao Shun, he was probably the most loyal and powerful horse boy under Lü Bu. The aforementioned Hao Meng rebellion was quickly put down by him. In addition to being in danger, the charge is also a good hand, he has 700 pro-soldiers under him, known as the camp, invincible and invincible. The official history records that in addition to defeating Hao Meng, he also defeated Xiahou Huan and Liu Bei.
What is even more valuable is that Gao Shun is a clean and upright person, and he has been loyal and direct to Lü Bu many times.
From ability to quality, Gao Shun is a rare talent in this chaotic world. However, he followed Lü Bu's subordinates, who had no ideals, and the ending was very sad: Lü Bu did not let go of this capable Gao Shun, but was full of vigilance and defense. For example, Gao Shun's trapped camp, even the daily military power is Wei Continuation, only when he is on the battlefield will Gao Shun be in command.
But even so, Gao Shun remained loyal to Lü Bu until his death. Sometimes, people can't help but wonder: With loyal subordinates like Chen Gong and Gao Shun, how can Lü Bu really be able to do it?
Zhang Liao, who was one of the five sons of the later Cao camp, won more in the Battle of Xiaoyaojin, beating Sun Quan to cry for his father and mother. His later experience proved that his ability was definitely the best among the warriors of the Three Kingdoms! However, such a top figure, under Lü Bu's command, was stunned that there was no opportunity to perform.
Perhaps it was also full of disappointment in his heart, after Lü Bu's defeat, Zhang Liao chose to surrender to Cao Cao. For Zhang Liao's surrender, I would like to say that this is a gorgeous transformation of his life and workplace. Even today, no employee wants to follow a boss who has no ideals and no vision.
Famous generals such as Gao Shun and Zhang Liao were not reused, but Lü Bu could still say to Cao Cao before he died: "Wait for all the generals Houye, and all the generals will rebel against The Enemy!" It has to be faceless to say it.
5. Conclusion
Lü Bu may be considered a fierce general, but in the chaotic world of the Three Kingdoms, people like him lack both far-sightedness and ideals, and at the same time do not know how to employ people. Such a Lü Bu, in the midst of the turbid waves and chaotic world, will die out, and it is only a matter of time before it is done.
Compared with today's workplace, just because employees do not drink, some leaders scold and beat up employees, and the personal ability of these leaders may not be as good as Lü Bu.
