People's Daily Macao, July 27 (Reporter Mao Lei) In celebration of the Macao Judicial Police Day, the "Judicial Police in the Eyes of the Media" photo contest was held at the headquarters of the Macao Judicial Police Department on July 27. After four rounds of judging, the winner, runner-up, runner-up and six merit awards were selected from 65 entries.

The main purpose of this photo contest is to present the positive image of the Macao judicial police in the implementation of various police work through the lens of the reporter's interview, so as to implement the concept of "public relations policing" and further enhance friendly cooperation with the media.

The photo contest invited Chen Lu, Director General of the Information Bureau of the Macao SAR Government, Yu Jiandong, Chairman of the Macau Journalists Association, Gao Bile, Chairman of the Macau Journalists Association, Liu Gang, Director of the Macao Branch of Xinhua News Agency, Tam Kam Wing, Vice Chairman of the Council of the Macao Media Club, Mak Jun-wah, Chairman of the Macau Media Workers Association, Xue Zhongming, Director of the Macao Judicial Police, and Chan Kin Hung, Deputy Director of the Macao Judicial Police, as judges.

After four rounds of judging, the winning works are as follows: the winner and runner-up are the Macao Daily Newspaper Wang Bin, the winning works "Evacuation" and "Breaking the Arsenal", the third place is the full stop newspaper goncalo martins, and the award-winning work "Police Department Exercise". Six merit awards included: "Sweeping Away Evil" by Kwan Wing Yin of Macao Daily, "Pioneer in Drug Eradication" by Modern Macao Daily Wong Wing Kwong, "Catch Your Hands" by Macao Daily Lo Cheng Wai (two paintings in total), "Police Officers Break The Obscene Sinus in the North District" by Chi Xin Yu of Haojiang Daily, and "Eliminating Evil" by Li Yuhang of Haojiang Daily.

Since 2006, the Macao Judicial Police Department has held the "Judicial Police in the Eyes of the Media" photo contest, which was suspended last year due to the impact of the epidemic and resumed this year, and has been held for a total of 15 sessions so far, which has been warmly supported by media friends and actively participated. The Macao Judicial Police Hopes to further promote friendly cooperation between the police and the media through this competition and work together for the long-term peace and stability of Macao.
