Two days ago, her good friend set up a fundraising page on gofundme and has raised $59,770.

Janet Lee said in her statement: "I will fight cancer like I fight against my opponents at the pool table, I will not give up, for the sake of my three underage daughters, I have to do this." ”

It is reported that Janet Lee has begun chemotherapy and has also undergone multiple surgeries before trying to treat cancer.

The fundraising page on gofundme, though created in Janet Lee's name, actually goes to her three daughters, Cheyenne, 16, Chloe, 11, and Savannah, 10.

It is understood that Janet Lee, born in Brooklyn, New York City, was the world's number one billiards player in the 1990s, won the gold medal in women's billiards at the 2001 World Games, joined the Women's Professional Billiards Association in 1994, and became an athlete of the Women's Professional Billiards Association in 1998.
