Xin Lili was elected as the seventh chairman of the Shanghai Dancers Association, and Zhu Jiejing, Li Ying, Yang Xinhua, Wu Jie, Wu Husheng, Zhang Yuzhao, Chen Feihua, Chen Jianian, Huang Doudou and Dong Lin were elected as vice chairmen (in alphabetical order). Shu Qiao, Lin Yangyang, Ling Guiming and Chen Baihua were hired as consultants.

Xin Lili, born in October 1963, is the director of the Shanghai Ballet and a national first-class actor. In 1973, Xin Lili was admitted to the ballet department of Shanghai Dance School, graduated with honors in 1979, and entered the Shanghai Ballet in the same year as a main actor. In April 2000, he was appointed Deputy Artistic Director of Shanghai Ballet, in July 2001 he was appointed Artistic Director of Shanghai Ballet, and in September 2011 he was appointed President of Shanghai Ballet. During his tenure as a major actor, he has performed many solo and duo dance works, and has successively served as the leading actor in many ballet plays, successfully shaping many artistic images with different personalities.
