Add new evidence to the Jiang Zhiwan sexual assault case or reverse the guilty verdict

Recently, a batch of new evidence has been exposed in the sexual assault case of South Korean entertainer Jiang Zhiyan, which may reverse the verdict of the first and second instance trials of Jiang Zhiyan's guilt.

On July 9 last year, jiang zhiwan was drinking with two female staff members of the outsourcing company in their home in Gwangju, and the two women reported to the police that they had been sexually assaulted and molested by Jiang Zhiyan, and Jiang was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, suspended for three years. After the first-instance judgment, Jiang Zhiyan appealed but was rejected by the court of second instance, and then Jiang Zhiwan appealed to the Grand Court again. Today, the media exposed the surveillance video of Jiang Zhiwan's home on the day of the crime, and the mobile phone chat records of the two reporters, saying that these evidences may help Jiang Zhiyi overturn in the court.

Surveillance video can show that on the day of the crime, Jiang Zhiwan and the two reporters were drinking at home and swimming together. It can also be seen that Jiang Zhiyan drank until he lost consciousness and was helped back to the bedroom by two reporters, and then the two reporters were wearing only underwear and wandering around Jiang Zhiyan's home. The mobile phone chat records of the two reporters on the day of the crime were also exposed, and it can be seen from the chat records that at 8:30 p.m. when the police believed that the case occurred, the reporter B was still chatting with her friends, and at 9:09 she made a voice call with a friend, and the other party sent a paragraph of "If it is true, it is headlines" text after the call with her, which makes people wonder what B said in the call.

Jiang Zhiwan's legal representative said in an interview that the two reporters did not say that they had been sexually assaulted when they first reported the case, but only said that they had been imprisoned, and only later changed their words to say that they had been sexually assaulted. In addition, the two claimed that the mobile phone signal in Jiang Zhiwan's home was not good when reporting the case, but from the chat records of the two people, it can be proved that the two have been using mobile phones to contact people that day, and the police have not been able to detect Jiang Zhiyi's DNA from the two people.
