Zhang Dada: For me, the biggest gain of participating in the "Spit Conference" is that everyone has a new understanding of me, and everyone may think that I am a person who has a lot of pressure and can easily listen to others to verbally implement "offensive art" against me. I don't feel darker or redder, in fact, the "Spit Conference" has been inviting me for the past five years, but I have not been able to prepare enough before, and this year I feel that I am ready, because I have entered the 30 years of life and worked for 10 years. When I sat on the scene and heard everyone laughing at me, I really didn't feel unhappy, and many people said that I laughed very hard and deliberately cooperated with them. But in fact, I am a very happy person, which leads to a lot of need to cover up my emotions when I really reveal my heart. So I'm a person who can't perform, and you can see that my acting skills in "Actors Please Take Place" are very poor and immature, which also proves that I am very sincere and real whether I am laughing or thinking in "Spit Conference".
Xie Xiao: I learned that the director of "Spit Conference" will ask the other party if there are any taboos when looking for a star to come on stage, have you ever expressed your taboos with the director?
Zhang Dada: I don't have any taboos, no taboos. The reason is because I don't know what people will say, so I'm looking forward to it, and some people may have a very worried mentality, but my mentality is "I look forward to everyone's complaints.".
Xie Xiao: Do you have a premonition that they will complain about you at the moment?
Zhang Dada: I can probably guess some, that is, some of the content that has been talked about for a long time. Including my background, my hosting ability, my relationship with some big stars in the entertainment industry, always rubbing heat, etc., I think most of them are prejudices and misunderstandings. But they are entertained, become fun and funny, and can make everyone feel happy.
Xie Xiao: I want to know if the points of spitting on you are written in advance by the screenwriter?
Zhang Dada: In fact, many of the spit points in "Spit Conference" are written by the guests themselves, like me and Teacher Zhang Wei will write themselves, but the screenwriter will give a lot of help.
Xie Xiao: So the expressions you make in the show are also variety effects?
Zhang Dada: The expressions I make in the show or the expressions I make in short videos in my life, unless it is needed by the plot, are mostly the performance of my own real mood. As for how others cut, I don't know, maybe others think this is more appropriate, but all my expressions are not designed, because I do not have the ability to control this design, I am a person who is more likely to "lose control", I have no way to control the performance personality of the person.
Xie Xiao: The audience always criticizes you for "crying", so every time you cry is really emotional, rather than pretending to cry, right?
Zhang Dada: I think for a host, it is really necessary to reflect on yourself, being a host can be very moving, but it must also be very rational to promote the program process. I think that in the host, we must be targeted, we must continue to narrow our position, remember that we are the green leaves in the program, and better present the program process, the program effect and the words that the guests want to say.
The work of the host is different from singing, dancing, and acting, and it needs to be precipitated. What makes me "alive" is not the so-called family background at all, which does not exist. I relied entirely on my own hosting ability. I dare say that all the people who diss my hosting abilities are because they haven't seen my show.
Xie Xiao: You have been debuting for 10 years now, do you feel that in this 10 years, your business ability has been greatly improved?
Zhang Dada: I often look back at the programs I hosted in the early days, and I am often frightened. Zhang Dada: Coming to this world and coming to a job, everyone has his mission and meaning. If you let everyone spit on me or let everyone watch me through the "Spit Conference", including when everyone spits on me in the comments on Weibo, if everyone is really happy or can relieve the pressure, think that I can have a sense of participation, or spit that I will feel that this groove has a "sense of accomplishment" after being flopped, then I am also very happy.
I feel that as long as I can make everyone happy or decompress and comfortable, that is also my mission and homework. Because I am a public figure, I have also received everyone's attention, attention is care, to be cared for, whether it is good or bad, I feel that I have an obligation to bear this.
Xie Xiao: Do you agree with the points that spit on you in the "Spit Conference" program? Do you really all agree?
Zhang Dada: I think the spit conference is not to say that you need to recognize it, but to say whether the program can make everyone feel funny, and whether it has poked at that point. For example, plastic surgery, everyone knows that I have not had a facelift at all.
Xie Xiao: So it's more about creating an effect, right?
Zhang Dada: I think it is the effect, whether it is ridicule or spit on others, if you are serious, you will lose.
Xie Xiao: So some of the complaints are very real?
Zhang Dada: I mean if all the spit is taken seriously, there is no way to laugh out loud, because spitting is "the art of offense." Xie Xiao: The last time I saw you say on Weibo that you are 30 years old, you will not like some of your own problems. Did you really find out from the bottom of your heart that you had done something that wasn't so good before and wanted to make a change? Isn't this certainty a route for artists to pack themselves?
Zhang Dada: Why don't I package myself, because I don't package the same work, the same is life, why should I go to the packaging? I will always remember a private message from the audience seven years ago correcting my use of the idiom, and since then I have had a request to myself to look up every word that needs to be used before all hosts. Of course, many times I will suddenly receive an emergency live broadcast, which is a bigger challenge to my knowledge reserve, I stand on the stage is a public figure, while enjoying the so-called attention, but also to give back to everyone more correct energy, the right voice, information is energy. So that private message really made me develop this habit, and I often read some real comments, you see my first Weibo, a lot of people said what is good for my business ability, when it is not liked, I will be very serious about copying these comments into my memo, often look at it. Xie Xiao: I found that in fact, you don't completely ignore negative comments, if it is objective advice, even if it is a critical voice, in fact, you will accept it, right?
Zhang Dada: What is the audience, why do I say "the audience is our food and clothing parents", the reason is that the person he has to watch can call the audience. What is a troll, a troll is that he just wants to curse. I will listen to everyone in the audience, even if it is scolding me and criticizing me, because that is my nourishment. But I didn't care or care about all the talk of the trolls. Because I have my life, I'm going to live for so many people who like me, who care about me.
Xie Xiao: I can make a summary, in fact, you are not a person who is particularly influenced by external comments, right?
Zhang Dada: It can be summed up like this. You see my circle of friends is always very vibrant, in fact, my circle of friends is very exciting, sometimes I am embarrassed to send my circle of friends to Weibo, I am like a child every day, eat delicious, today and a good friend met, the weather is very good and so on I will feel that the day is particularly good, if it rains heavily today and traffic jams, my mood will be very depressed. I feel like I'm living more like myself in the circle of friends, being a real person.
Xie Xiao: Do you agree that you are now in a state of getting darker and redder? Do you agree with your controversial view?
Zhang Dada: I think half and half, sometimes black really does not bring red. If you have not been blacklisted by others, or have been stormed by the Internet, everyone will not know what the price of black is. Has anyone thought that the price of black may never be red, too black no one will pay attention to you anymore, no one will like you anymore, so "black" is actually a very dangerous signal, it will not make you feel "you see how black I am, how many people pay attention". It's actually like a wake-up call that keeps ringing you. But the so-called "red", there is no black, there will be no part of the red, there is indeed a part of the red because of black, so this thing will make it sometimes difficult for me to grasp, in the end how to make the black and red become more red and not black, as if now is the more red the more to be black, who can do red and not be black, this is a proposition for me...
Xie Xiao: I can understand that this black and red route was not designed by yourself, but you may have come to this day unconsciously.
Zhang Dada: It seems that everyone who comes to the entertainment industry gets a deck of cards. This card is not what you want to get. Some people get the natural idol card, some are the popular people's card, and some people get the cute but popular card. I don't know what it looks like when I first get the cards, but there's no way, no matter how bad the cards are after you enter the table, you always have to play this card so that the game can continue. Xie Xiao: I see that you sometimes say that you are too stressed at work, but you also say that you may be more concerned about whether you will be eliminated by this era compared to this physical pressure. You seem to be very anxious, what kind of pursuit of success is your own? How do you define success?
Zhang Dada: I think everyone is eager to succeed, and no one will say that they are eager to fail when doing business. I'm one of those people who gets anxious if I don't have work for two or three days, because I think work is one of the most important things at my age. Work is most important besides family. And I am a boy, and settling down is the foundation of my life. No matter what others say, the work has to go on, I am the type of person who thinks of danger in peace, never feels how good I am now, I feel that I am not good enough.
Xiao Xie: As a host, what do you think about the criteria for success?
Zhang Dada: For the criteria of success, different stages have different stages of understanding. Now I feel like success is the feeling that I really recognize what I'm doing and be able to consistently be happy.
Xie Xiao: As a young host after the 90s, what will be your goal in the next 5 or 10 years?
Zhang Dada: It is very strange that since I was a child, I did not hope to become what kind of person I would become, or what kind of height my career would achieve. When I was young, I thought of being able to get rich and be safe, three meals a day. But you know that when I'm particularly scrappy, I want to save the universe? I wish I could do more, take out all my energy, and I've always done something charity, but I won't share it here, and if I do, I'll look down on myself and I'll think that one day everyone will know.
Xie Xiao: The times change very fast, are you a person who will go with the flow?
Zhang Dada: When I was young, I was just going with the flow. Not now, now I feel that health and peace are the most important, and then there is a dimension of my own happiness and my life.
Xie Xiao: Did you just say that this materialistic desire will come down now? But you're still very young.
Zhang Dada: Yes, materialism has really dropped a lot, and later I found that there are many more meaningful things than materialistic pursuits, and your parents' smiles will never come from how many things they bought, and the people you love will not be attached to you because of how rich you are. Many times it is something that is really unrelated to materialism, beyond illusion, and that is the most real.
