There are many kinds of pests of potted flowers, their eating habits and feeding methods are different, and the mouth organs are not the same, mainly there are two major categories of chewing mouthpieces and sucking mouthpieces, of course, there are siphon mouthpieces (such as moths and butterflies), paper suction mouthpieces (such as flies), chewing mouthpieces (such as bees) and so on.

The ecological method is to use natural enemies to kill insects or other plants to remove pests, but it is not very feasible for families.

1. [Soil disinfection]

It is recommended to use a soil substrate that has been exposed to the sun and is fully ripe, which can effectively reduce pest infestation.

For large-scale bonsai gardens or family flowers with more flowers, it is necessary to reserve some environmentally friendly and efficient insecticidal pesticides, however, due to the harm of pesticides to humans and animals, a little carelessness will occur, so it is recommended to wear gloves and masks when using, prepare the concentration according to the proportions of instructions, and place them in places where children and pets cannot touch them after application!!!
3. 【Family Pest Control Tips】
In the case of fewer potted plants of household flowers, coupled with the avoidance of pesticide residues and hazards, many simple methods can be taken to control pests, many of which are common daily necessities, and the effect is also obvious.
1. Potted neem tree. Belonging to ecological control, it is possible to buy a pot of neem tree pots, neem trees on ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies and some nameless insects have a very obvious repellent effect; with neem leaves or neem bark or seeds soaked in water for more than 24 hours, and then spray potted flowers, aphids, mites, mite shell insects control effect is excellent; and when you are bitten by mosquitoes, do not worry, just pick a few neem leaves kneaded into juice and applied to the affected area, that is, anti-itch, anti-inflammatory; in addition, neem trees are also a better green pot for viewing flowers and fruits.
2. Color deworming method. It belongs to ecological control, hanging a silver-gray plastic belt above the plant can drive away flying insects, and can also hang a yellow plastic plate above the flowers, coat it with engine oil or petroleum jelly, and lure the flying insects, the effect is good.
3. Mothball deworming. The mothball is crushed and sprinkled into the pot soil, which can effectively kill insects, and this method also has a special insecticidal effect on the root nematodes of flowers such as peony, dahlia, lily, stone garlic and so on.
4. Tobacco water. Soak tobacco or tobacco leaves in water, wait for the water to turn brown, the concentration is appropriate to a cigarette with a paper cup, sprayed on the branches and leaves, can kill aphids, control figs, moon season, peony, thorn rose, hydrangeas, camellias, mosso and other whitefly, red spider insect infestation; watering in the soil, can control ants. It should not be used commonly, because it is easy to make the soil alkaline, which is not conducive to flower growth.
5. Laundry detergent (soapy water). Dilute the washing powder 500 times with water, or dilute a small piece of soap with hot water, spray the insect body once a week, spray 2 to 3 times in a row, to kill the upside-down golden bell, Fuso, Moon, melon leaf chrysanthemum, orchid, peony, fig and other whitefly adults, eggs and larvae. At the same time, it can also control aphids and aphid shell insects. Washing powder (soap) water should not be used for a long time, otherwise it is easy to cause alkaline to potted soil.
6. Dish soap. Dilute the dish soap 500 times, with a few drops of white vinegar, which has a good control effect on aphids, aphids, red spiders, etc. Because it is a surfactant, it can remove the oily surface tension on the insect body, so that the water directly penetrates into the pores of the insect body, causing the insect to suffocate and die. The use of detergent to kill insects, thick but ineffective. And spray it directly on the bugs.
7. Wind oil essence. Dilute the wind oil essence 600 times and spray it on the branches and leaves to control aphids, mesozoans and moth butterfly larvae.
8. Liquor (alcohol). Use a cotton swab to dip more than 53 ° liquor or 75% alcohol, and brush it off many times in the concentrated parts of aphids and aphids, you can eliminate aphids, aphids, especially succulents.
9. Mosquito aerosol.
