III. Whoever shields or harbours criminals, informs criminal suspects, destroys or fabricates criminal evidence, falsely accuses or frames others, the public security organs will pursue legal responsibility in accordance with law.
IV. Public employees who provide support, connive, shield, or evade legal punishment to the Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission and public security organs take the initiative to explain the situation and explain relevant issues, and public employees who truthfully explain the problems may be dealt with leniently as appropriate.
