In the blink of an eye, Luo Tianxin has been working in Xinying Wetland Park for more than ten years, patrolling, monitoring, preaching, folding and folding, looking back, the wetland is full of traces of time.
On New Year's Day this year, Luo Ideal also stayed in the wetland park. He walked by the sea every day, presumably the sea breeze was already familiar with his footsteps; the green leaves of the mangrove trees flew over, and his dark face was in harmony with the beach; he liked to use his telescope to catch the ghosts of the tide crabs, and used the camera to constantly freeze the tracks of birds.
In Luo Ideal's heart, the coastal wetland is a colorful painting. Whenever the tide recedes, the villagers beg for the scene of the small sea lively beach, the free seafood provided by the wetland warms the generations of sea people; children who like nature come and go, immerse themselves in the dance of dancing fish, follow the dreams of butterflies, the time of the sea, carrying the warmth of the years, back and forth, everything has never aged.
The plants by the sea are happily blossoming in the protection, the birds recorded are increasing year by year, they forage on the beach, or roost in the trees; the villagers on the seaside grow day by day in the mission, and slowly understand the calm communication and coordination with nature, the seaside culture of the ancient village is also being recognized by the world step by step, and people and the sea and mangroves are gradually integrated...
In 2018, Luo Tianxin monitored and recorded 36 black-faced spoonbills in the wetland, 6 more than in 2017. The black-faced spoonbill is a national second-class protected animal, a rare and endangered bird species, and a star bird species in Xinying Wetland Park. In winter, it always attracts a large number of bird watching enthusiasts to watch and take pictures. Birds are extremely sensitive to the ecological environment and play an indicative role, and through long-term monitoring and accumulation of data, they can scientifically formulate corresponding management plans for managers and enhance the efficiency of wetland management.
In order to popularize the knowledge of bird love and bird protection and enhance the public's awareness of environmental protection, and to guide the residents of Xinying Wetland Community to participate in eco-tourism. Last year, Xilian Farm Company and Danzhou Municipal Agricultural Committee and other units jointly carried out activities such as "Bird Love Week" on campus, the Fifth Hainan Bird Watching Festival and the first Xinying Bird Watching Competition. As an ordinary staff member of the wetland park monitoring station, Luo Ideal participated in these efforts and contributed to raising the popularity of Xinying Wetland and spreading the concept of loving nature and rationally using natural resources.
"Many media have felt the hardships and persistence of my work in the wetland park and have made a lot of relevant reports." Luo Tiantian said that it is not to praise his personal behavior, but to let more people realize the importance of ecological civilization construction and understand the far-reaching significance of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".
2018 is the year of project construction of Xilian Farm Company, and the infrastructure construction of Xinying Wetland Park is a top priority. The purpose of doing a good job in infrastructure construction is to build a nest and attract phoenixes, let developers come to develop eco-tourism, and let the surrounding villagers enjoy the welfare of natural resources at the same time, so as to better protect natural resources, form a virtuous circle, and promote sustainable development. At present, the infrastructure construction of Xinying Wetland Park has achieved certain results, and it will continue to make efforts in 2019, gradually completing and improving.
Luo Tiantian said that over the years, perhaps many things will change, and that beautiful wetland dream is still deeply rooted in the heart. In 2019, he will still stand on the Gold Coast and look forward to it, the mangroves grow freely, birds, fly freely, and villagers by the sea, comfortably produce and live...
