On November 3, 2021, Sinotrans (00598.hk) announced that Wang Hong, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective November 2, 2021.
As at the date of the announcement, the Board has four committees, including the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Strategy Committee. On 3 November 2021, the Board resolved that (i) Wang Hong was appointed as the Chairman of the Strategy Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board, and (ii) Tang Wai Tung was appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee of the Board.
