On April 30, the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee of Anhui Province held a meeting of leading cadres of the whole city. The Anhui Provincial CPC Committee decided that Comrade Fang Zheng should be appointed as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Chizhou Municipal CPC Committee and dismissed from his posts as deputy secretary general of the provincial party committee and director of the general office of the provincial party committee; Comrade Wang Hong was appointed executive deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the provincial party committee, and he was dismissed from his posts as secretary, standing committee, and member of the Chizhou Municipal CPC Committee and first secretary (concurrently) of the party working committee of the Jiangnan Industrial Concentration Zone of the province.
"Zheng Shi'er" noted that Wang Hong is a female cadre, born in May 1970, who has been promoted to the level of the main hall for 14 years, and has served as the secretary of the Anhui Provincial Youth League Committee, the mayor of Huainan City, and the secretary of the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee in 2017.
According to the public resume, Wang Hong is a native of Anhui, doctor of management, after joining the work in 1990, he worked in the Ma'anshan Municipal Post and Telecommunications Bureau for 7 years, during which he entered the Communist Youth League system, once served as the secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Municipal Post and Telecommunications Bureau, the deputy secretary of the Ma'anshan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League in May 1997, and the secretary of the Youth League Municipal Committee in August 2001. In January 2002, she was transferred to the deputy secretary of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Youth League, and in December 2006, she was promoted to the secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Youth League, and was promoted to the rank of the main department, at the age of 36.
In April 2011, Wang Hong left the Communist Youth League system and was transferred to the deputy secretary of the Huainan Municipal Party Committee, and two years later became mayor, becoming the first "post-70s" mayor in Anhui. In March 2017, she was transferred to the secretary of the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee and the first secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Jiangnan Industrial Concentration Area until this adjustment.
Fang Zheng, the new secretary of the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee, was born in October 1967 and is currently the deputy secretary-general and director of the General Office of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee.
According to the public resume, Founder's career has always been concentrated in Anhui, and after graduating from the law department of Anhui University in 1989, he has long worked in the Policy Research Office of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee.
During this period, he successively served as deputy director of the Research Department of the Policy Research Office of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, chief section member, deputy director of the three research divisions, researcher of the Secretariat Office of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee, director of the Research Division of the Policy Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee, and in 2012, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor.
After the end of the suspension, Fang Zheng continued to serve as the deputy secretary-general of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, concurrently served as the director of the Political Research Office, and the director of the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee, until this time he was appointed as the secretary of the Chizhou Municipal Party Committee.
