What is the "first degree" that makes many graduates run into a wall? The "first degree" in recruitment actually refers to the first higher education diploma obtained after graduating from university.

Equating "first education" with "ability certification", and even deriving a chain of academic discrimination, has no basis in itself. According to the Ministry of Education's estimate, in 2022, the number of college graduates in the country will exceed 10 million for the first time. If you rely purely on the "first degree" to know people, it will be a "lose-lose" situation for graduates and enterprises. It is imperative to break the "first degree" and promote "ability certification". To completely reverse the discrimination of "first education", it is first necessary for party and government organs, enterprises and institutions to take the lead in breaking the threshold of academic qualifications, not to take the graduation institutions and learning methods as restrictions in recruitment announcements and practical operations, and to explore the use mechanism of talents that is guided by morality and ability and aimed at the needs of the post. Other recruiting units should also abandon the "first degree" worship, and truly let every candidate have a fair chance to select the most suitable talents for each position. As a candidate, you should not have the idea of "the first degree is set for life", but firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning and continuously improve your comprehensive ability.
